Stay well away from these cowboys. Initial communication was great until the date to have the vehicle delivered got close. Then communication dried up completely. Texts, calls and voicemails unanswered. I cancelled the finance directly with the finance company.
Thieves and liars.

⭐ Agreed to buy a Discovery Sport in July on finance. The lender paid the dealership in full on signing day, with delivery promised in 7 to 10 working days. The car was never delivered. After a week of chasing we were told it had an engine fault that couldn't be identified and were offered alternative cars, which we declined. We cancelled in writing within the 14-day cooling-off period and asked for the funds to be returned to the lender. A month on, the funds have not been returned, our calls and messages go unanswered, and we are still paying monthly for a car we never received. The matter is now with the Financial Ombudsman. Based on our experience, proceed with great caution.

Les cuento mi mala experiencia con esta app , llamé el día de ayer 09/14 y me notificaron que mi contrato de 90 días de arrendamiento se venció el 09/13 el cual cayó domingo y yo llamé el lunes para hacer el pago , me notificaron que no me podía ayudar y que tenía que pagar el contrato completo , ósea de 600$ paso a 2.000$ mas menos , hablé con varios supervisores y no resivi ayuda de ninguno , esta app me la recomendó el taller y le tomé su recomendación teniendo otras apps como Acima , Progressi y otras que después del vencimiento dan de dos a tres días más y puedes y están más pendientes del vencimiento por lo cual las recomiendo , también hablaré con el taller de lo sucedido por qué fueron ellos lo que la recomendaron para que no les vuelva a pasar con otros cliente , MI CONTRATO SE VENCIÓ UN DOMINGO Y LLAMÉ UN LUNES Y NO RECIBÍ AYUDA DE NADIE POR PARTE DE AESYPAY

After i payed off my first loan on time they refused to loan to me again. All because i paid within 90 days. They are not a credible lender.

Liars. The interest began to be charged from day 1. The agreement of the loan was cero interest for 3 months. Fake advertisement. Will never use this program offered at car repairs shops. The j terest is hillariously insane high. Just insane!.

Very disappointing experience with Easy Pay Car Finance

I’m sharing my experience to warn others who may be considering using Easy Pay Car Finance.

I took out car finance with Easy Pay Car Finance on 17 July and was then left waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. Unfortunately, from the beginning I struggled to get clear and reliable communication about what was happening with the car or when I could actually expect to receive it.

I contacted them several times and was repeatedly told that things would be sorted and that I would receive updates or phone calls. Unfortunately, the promised communication never materialised, and I was left waiting without any clear delivery date.

Because of the ongoing delays and poor communication, I decided that I wanted to unwind the finance agreement rather than continue with the transaction.

Despite this, the process of getting the finance unwound was taking so long that I eventually decided to give them another chance. I contacted them again and asked them to get the vehicle sorted, hoping that the situation could still be resolved.

Once again, I was promised phone calls and updates, but these never came. The lack of communication continued, and I still had no clear idea when the vehicle would actually be delivered.

During all of this, my first finance payment was taken despite me never receiving or taking ownership of the vehicle.

At that point, I decided I had given the situation more than enough opportunity to be resolved. I formally requested in writing that the finance agreement be unwound and contacted Easy Pay Car Finance, the finance broker and the lender to make sure everyone involved was aware of the situation.

The matter is still ongoing and I am currently waiting for the situation to be properly resolved.

My main issue isn't simply that there were delays. It is the combination of the delays, the lack of clear communication, repeated promises of calls and updates that never happened, and ultimately the complete loss of trust and confidence in the company.

I hope the situation is eventually resolved fairly, and I will update this review when it is. However, based on my experience so far, I would personally not use Easy Pay Car Finance again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using them does their research carefully and considers my experience before entering into an agreement.

At the time of writing, I still do not have the vehicle and I am still waiting for the finance situation to be resolved.

They really do not deserve a 1 star. I charged back the $1600 becacuse I took my 2021 Mercedes Benz GLC to JiffyLube for a battery light & oil change. They offered Easy Pay. I got approve. As Jiffy Lube offered to tune-up my vehicle. JL messed my electrical system up so of course I charged back for poor service. Now Easy Pa?Emailing me, calling and harrasing me for money they will never get. I allowed a payment for $130. They better be happy with that. The messed my car up to the point the check engine light came right on at 19.75 miles after Jiffy Lube Serviced my vehicle. Then the machanics were acting dumb asking for more money for extra service. I got the balls up to take my Benz go ASE Mercedes-Benz Dealer to get fix. But today here go EASY PAY emailing me, begging me, and harrassing me instead of thier client Jiffy Lube. I will sue them if they continue to harrass me about it.

I'm truly shocked that dealers like this are still in existence, communication was poor from the start.

The car had issues from day one foolishly we allowed Steve the opportunity to fix, 5 weeks he had the car and changed the brake discs, refused to fix the driveshaft issue and said it was fair wear & tear...

Long story short, it has taken 3 months to unwind the finance and finally reject the vehicle.

Save yourself the hassle avoid this place

Every time, I try to log in there a problem when, using my cell number and my social the system cannot verify the account?

Scam company 100%. Living hell ever going through them. They harass me after my account was closed and are demanding more money from no where. Every time I talk to them on the phone they’re rude and aggressive. Can’t believe a company like this can legally run

Another auto repair loan company that has over priced interest/ principal or whatever they want to call it.

went to mineke muffler in vancouver,needed a catliticic converter i thought,real problem was missing bolts in manifold on my 93 van. mechanic should of seen muffler was not making noise.2000 financed i thought it was 94 a month,which i could make,well didn’t see 89% intrest and 2 pmts of 94. so since sept of last year i owe more than face value of contract 2000. i just offered them 2000 and they wanted 145 extra, i’m reporting this gross dirty scam to my senator here in nevada,this is the worst company and even the supervisor still wanted the 145 over my 2000 pmt,sooo they can deal with the debt consoldation people and get way less ,89% intrest are you kidding

Meineke hooked me up with this delightful loan. Then promptly ruined my car. I have argued for two days about missing the end of cap. I spread the final payment o er 3 forms of payment. They stated my payment still pending ..they wont close my loan. I am beyond furious

Fake news won't stop calling

These people are nuts with charging ridiculously high APR%...they are so greedy to get more than what you owe. Horrible business!

I had one of the worst experiences imaginable dealing with them. The car was delivered to my address in a completely unacceptable condition — the seat belt wasn’t even working, and warning lights came on immediately. It was clear from the moment it arrived that the vehicle had serious issues and should never have been sold in that state.

The situation became so bad that my finance company had to step in, and it was escalated to the Financial Ombudsman. Even they were shocked at how this company operates, which says a lot.

This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. I would strongly warn anyone considering using this company to think again. There is a serious lack of care, responsibility, and basic safety standards here.

I have seen your reply. And I haven’t even got the energy to reply. Because quite frankly that’s how you treat your customers. Promise the world but in the grand scheme of things you can’t even answer the phone or you fill your customers with complete lies saying it will be fixed within a week.
My car wasn’t collected for nearly 4 months. And even then you guys didn’t collect it or try and do anything about it. My finance company and the obusmen did!!!

Please don’t waste your money, or time. You will be sold a dream they can’t live up too

I paid off my loan already (and on time to prevent the interest). I called and confirmed that it was paid off, though the website still shows a balance two months later. The representative told me not to worry about. Today, I got an email saying that my next payment didn't go through! Ridiculous. I tried the customer call back number and the call fails every time I try it. This company is a complete joke.
