Literally spamming nonstop, they don't know the word STOP.

Very straightforward and no-hassle

I found easystaff after I could not pay to 2 people in Kazakhstan and 3 in Montenegro, because banks did not accept to process the payments or they were asking for documents, like IDs, for explain why I am to these countries. It was very inconvenient, always too much time is spent for each payment, plus waiting times for the people. So is a commission, of course (at least 7% for my situation) but still it is working great, faster than with the banks. From freelancer's side also good, registration is fast, withdrawal is easy. Commission is not so pleasant but if you are comparing it with fx rates, it is kind of comparable, I think. easy staff is just bigger than a single person, like myself, so it's easies for them to push payments abroad. and it's OK because my team gets their money, and that's the most important.

I,m with easy staff payroll for 6 months so far, all is good. Top-up method is bank card (didn't word a first but after I wrote to my personal manager, they fixed it), working alright. Plan is 10% (a bit expensive but better than others). I am willing to pay some more for how easy was to onboard - for me and several freelancers I work with. My major complaint is occasional delays. The usual excuse is you need to write the exact info, word for word, in every invoice. But I do and I really think there is a mismatch on their end, not mine. Maybe countries I need to pay to are slower than others, I don't know.

amazing ! really fast and secure

quite satisfactory so far. i was using payroll since last december. i use 10% plan which is a bit expensive for me but okay for 3 contractors i work with. they are based in Europe (Portugalia, Serbia) and in Kazakhstan. special kudos to Marina from support.

Thanks very much for the platform guys! I run small design agency and I have 3 designers and 1 SEO manager and easy staff has been just perfect for this setup so far. Afetr they added recurring tasks my time on paying money to the team is like 20 min a week. Most importantly, I get documents I need to work where I live stress free.. My tax status is individual entrepreneur and the invoice and contract I receive for every payment is exactly what I need to report tax compliantly. On the downside, 2 of my payments never made it to the pecipient. I don;t think this is entirely easystaff’s fault but I felt they could give me a discount or something for the time lost.

I was surprised with how fast I joined easystaff. I decided I wanted to find a new provider after one other competitor simply lost my money - it never reached my freelancer from Spain. Some Asian contractors (Thailand) they didn't even work with. So i wanted to find something else and there was easystaff. Advantage no. 1 is how fast everything is, onboarding, paying, docuemtns. Advantage no. 2 is I can pay when I want, even a little. I am using easystaff now every month and I like to recommend it to other people and freelancers. My fee plan is 7% now and I see exactly how much I send, no guesses here. It is important that people I work with trust me.

Commission for business - 1-3-5% depending on revenue volume. I have 5% ok, but guys also earn 5-7% on currencies spread — your total business commission may be 10-12%.

What is more disappointing: the first payments were ok — with no currency spread, but as I contracted my team via platform — for second turn commission already from 5 become 10-12%.

What’s funny: they appeal to xe platform as a change rate — just in the same UI / window, but xe shows all right. So my point — they just themselves rise the spread earning plus 5-7%.

I want to say thank you to this platform for how much they helped us with our freelancers around the world, payouts are just so much easier with easystaff especially in terms of tax for some of Europe-based freelancers. Before there was a double tax charged when my company sent money to them.

We pay in US $ and exchange rates are very favorable. There used to be more manual work but now it is less so because they made recurring tasks for regular payouts. This is super comfortable for some of our freelancers we work with every month.

I didn't believe at first but support is really human, and now I personally know several managers and I think that this of care is one reason Im not switching to other tools.

I simply love easystaff payroll, i really do. I'm on their 10% plan and I use it about once a month, but I do several payments at once. My current directors are Turkey, Belarus and India and my average payment is about 500-570 usd. I actually saw easystaff both as a freelancer and business. I learnt about easystaff because a US client paid with this platform and then i remembered it later when I was looking for something to pay my team.

Key issue this platform helped with was ugly delays in payroll we had for parts of our team in CIS, Serbia and Greece. My team is one of the best teams and I didn't want to lose it. So when delays started happening, part of the team stressed over not receiving money on time. They could not pay rent, for example, and it was critical to fix the problem.
I was looking for a different solution when someone from this service reached out to me on Linkedin. The manager promised reliable payments and I also checked online reviews and I decided to try. And I really liked how fast it was to join the service and get to paying actually. At that moment, I really was grateful I was contacted by easystaff.

For me, Easy Staff was honestly one of the biggest discoveries of 2025. I literally felt relieved when I found I can pay freelancers and they actually do deliver money.
Sure, there are similar solutions, but the problem was how expensive were they. It’s because small teams like my team are not big enough to afford these other platforms. For them small payouts just don’t make sense but for me small payments are a normal part of my work. With Easy Staff, the minimum payout is $10.
Another important thing when choosing a platform was checking how easy will it be for a freelancer to use and if it works in the CIS. Easy Staff’s payout options are working, and one case was with a crypto guy who wanted to be paid in crypto, while we only pay in regular money.
Personally, my favorite part is the automated paperwork like invoices and contracts. The only manual step left is for the freelancer to actually join the platform. One thing I wish they had was scheduled payouts and salaries in EUR.

I wanted to thank Easystaff Payroll for their help and their service. Especially big thanks to our person manager Julia for her support and answering all questions i had.
i onboarded two managers to my account, and we all reached out to Julia at some point and her replies were super helpful. So i was looking for something like Payroll to make hiring people (full time, part time) simple independent of where they are based, especially after 60% of my team relocated to Europe and Asia. One of freelancers we hired for a project shared this platform with us and we solved the problem. To me, top advantage is finding how fast it is to add a freelancer and auto closing documents for payments. It was serious issue. We were not hiring people from abroad because of this paperwork and other risks. But Payroll really helped! So I recommend it. We used it when we were 10 people and now we are a team of 25 people and Payroll still fits us, which is a plus.

Easystaff Payroll changed the way we pay freelancers and some people on our team. I can tell our story from both viewpoints. As someone inside the company (we're a tour operator), i myself have a manager's access to Easystaff and I onboard some freelancers there. I manage several locations across Europe so I am responsible for sending money to people who do guides for example. I put their details in the system and the finance team releases money to them. But I also was paid through easystaff payroll when I lived aboard for 1,5 years.
So I was able to experience the platform from both ends, so to speak. From my experience, the most important feature is simple clear document workflow. I feel like it's most important that we can pay any freelancer and get papers,because just sending money is not as difficult but having those papers is key. And as someone who was paid with Easystaff, I need to highlight the speed of money transfers. It rarely took longer than 3 days.
