Great Temp Tat Site
Prices were attractive enough for me to buy multiple tats. You have some nice designs. Search feature very helpful. I couldn’t find a Phoenix tat, so that’s why it’s 4⭐️ instead of 5⭐️. I look forward to receiving them and using them, and hope they are easy to apply and will last a couple weeks. Thanks! 🐈⬛

Fulfillment is too slow
I LOVE the tattoos but it seems like fulfillment takes forever. To date, I placed an order August 8th and it’s August 23rd there’s no movement. Temporary tattoos aren’t emergencies but I shouldn’t have to plan months in advance if I wanted to wear one for a planned event.

Hi Tamara
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The dispatch delays we faced due to a very high demand and sudden staff shortage at the same time, was a highly unusual scenario for us and we have expanded our team and covered the gap working around the clock! I hope you can give us another chance soon!

Easier to get a real one
Easier to get a real one - wanted to test out an area though. But delivery took too long - coming from Australia so understandable. This should be made clear - won’t bother again

Firstly the tattoos get shipped from Australia even if the website domain shows .co.uk so it took 2 weeks to arrive. Tattoo designs are great but it certainly doesn’t last 2 weeks. Some of them didint develop fully for me and even those that developed well started to show signs of decay by day 6-7, given you wait 36 hrs for it to develop as well it’s more of a 5 day tattoo. It’s not too expensive but it’s disappointing still so I would not buy again.

15% Promised Discount Missing
When arriving on your website to order a custom temporary tattoo, I was pleased to see a window that offered me 15% off my order...which I accepted. I was offered 20% if I left my email address and something else (I can't remember) so I declined. Then I put in my custom order, but was charged the full amount... no 15% discount. I went ahead at that point, but I'm wary about any further involvement with your company... I only hope my order arrives.

Hi Valerie
I am so sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your order. I believe our Operations Manager has been in touch with you regarding your order.
We faced some dispatch delays due to a high volume of orders along with unexpected staff shortage. We communicated to our customers as soon as we faced the issue. Our team has been working extremely hard to cover the gap.
We are finally caught up and we are so so sorry that your order was part of this dispatch delay. We completely understand your frustration and would love the opportunity to make this right! We'll stay in touch via email as we have been to discuss a resolution for you🙏

I loved the selection - not enough primers
I loved the selection. I got so many cool tats.
BUT I only got one primer. Applying. When I apply the others with this or that, they only work okay. I wish they would have included more primers. :(

Hi Charlie
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to know you loved the selection of our tattoos and sorry to know about the fewer than expected primer wipes. Our primer wipes are great convenience to clean the skin for application but the tattoos are perfectly fine applied without them. Could you please send us an email with photos (if you have any) of any you applied without and worked only okay? We are here to resolve the matter for you asap!
