Delivery is a joke
I’ve placed my order 29/07 and I’m still waiting on 10th august for a delivery update! This is longer than I should have waited. I needed these to cover a scar from major surgery whilst abroad and now it looks like I won’t have it in time. Won’t be ordering again

Hi Laura
We are so sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. We understand that you needed these for a trip to cover your scar from a surgery and that is disappointing.
Your order was dispatched the next business day and the delivery estimate is 5-10 business days. We do appreciate that, regardless of the estimated timeframe, it is frustrating when you have a specific date you needed your order for. We'll investigate and to look into this for you and get the exact updates on the whereabouts of your order.
I will get in touch with you personally as I can get your contact through the order number provided here. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Rest assured, we are here to help and would really appreciate the opportunity to help resolve this for you🙏

Hi Amanda
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that one of the tattoos didn't last as long as expected. Longevity can vary due to placement, skin type and aftercare but we only want the best experience for our customers.
We really appreciate your feedback on Dino design to have a better bundle deal so you can try more before getting it permanently. Thats a great suggestion and we will take your feedback on board! Since you really love the design, if you would like some extra Dinos with your next order please contact me on management@easytatt.com and I will ensure we send some extras for you on us!

Hi Fin
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the pricing, delivery timeframe and the longevity of the tattoo. Please note that our semi permanent tattoos are designed to last about 2 weeks depending on the size/placement/skin type and lifestyle. The wear time is as mentioned in your review. As your review was posted shortly after your order was placed, it seems that you may not have had the opportunity to try the tattoos yet. We hope once they arrive you'll give them a chance as we'd love for you try them. We will be sure to include some extras of the promo ones in your order plus some similar designs of the product you ordered!
We really appreciate you ordering with us!
Kind Regards
