Easytransferflorence Reviews

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sam and Easy Transfer Florence.
My elderly mother unexpectedly found herself traveling alone from Florence to Milan and was very nervous about navigating the train station and managing her luggage by herself. I contacted Sam, explained the situation, and from the very beginning he was incredibly kind, reassuring and communicative.
Sam picked her up at her hotel and was supposed to help get her safely onto her train. Then the train was delayed by 70 minutes, and this is where Sam truly went above and beyond.
He stayed with her the entire time. He helped get her booked onto another train, got her water and fruit while they waited, handled her luggage, and personally made sure she was on the correct train and safely settled into her seat before leaving. Throughout all of this, he kept me updated every step of the way while I was coordinating everything from the United States.
My mom could not say enough wonderful things about him.
And then Sam went even further. The transportation company I had arranged to meet my mother in Milan cancelled on me at the last minute. This had absolutely nothing to do with Sam, yet he immediately reached out to a trusted colleague in Milan and helped me secure another driver to meet her there.
Sam didn't simply provide a transfer—he took care of my mom when she was alone, nervous and far from home, and gave our entire family tremendous peace of mind.
If you're looking for transportation in Florence or Tuscany, I cannot recommend Sam and Easy Transfer Florence highly enough. Professional, dependable, compassionate and genuinely caring.
Thank you, Sam. What you did for my mom meant more to our family than you probably realize.

Nice and calm and polite driver, it was easy to communicate

Having contacted this company for a quote several weeks ago they provided a prompt and very competative responce. Once I accepted they maintained contact with several.follow up messages. Paying deposit was easy. The day before my flight to Pisa I was contacted with the details of the driver who wohld pick me up at the airport. The morning of my flight that named driver sent me a message with his details ( a nice touch ) . This was very welcome as due to a fire near Pisa airport tthe flight was delayed 90 minutes so I was able to relay that to the driver. Once at the airport Maurizio met us outside the terminal with my name clearly shown on a sign board and safely took us to our hotel which was an hour away. A very pleasant drive through wonderful scenery. Maurizio then confirmed what time we wanted picking up to return to the airport at the conclusion of our break. A first class service.

We had an excellent experience with this bus company for our private transportation. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, professional, and accommodating to our specific needs. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable.

Our driver was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled, navigating efficiently while ensuring everyone felt safe and relaxed. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer service—they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality group transportation. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

Sam the owner went out of his way as my plane was over 5 and a half hours late and was so good as to wait for me all that time
Polite respectful nothing was too much in my opinion 10 star service if it existed thank you so much fair price good quality and communication

Highly recommend. Amazing service from start to finish. We were picked up in Florence on Tuesday for our transfer to Chianti then Chianti back to Florence on Thursday. We had a great experience with Sam. Thank you so much!

I am from Australia and from the start and up to now, communication with Samuele from Easy Transfer Florence was prompt, friendly, easy and efficient. He picked me up from Fiumicino Airport and drove me to my AirBnB in the centre of Florence. He also helped me with my big luggage up to the first floor where my apartment is. I am very happy and trust Samuele so much so that he will be also transferring me to Lucca and then from Lucca back to Rome. I would totally recommend Easy Transfer Florence.

Excellent experience! My transfer with Easy Transfer Florence was flawless from start to finish. The van was spotless, comfortable, and in perfect condition, while the driver was extremely polite, professional, and helpful.

Everything was perfectly on time with no delays, and the overall service was truly high quality. I felt safe and relaxed throughout the entire journey.

I would definitely choose this company again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and premium transportation.
