Was forced to give a one star review in order to write a review. EBAY has to have the absolute worse customer service ever along with the seller I ordered an item from.
I’ve been assured 3 times I would receive a refund. We shall see. So far nothing. Both EBAY and VIP MOTOZ have given me such a run around. Everyone I called just referring me back to the other party. It’s a nightmare.
Do not order anything through EBAY or VIP MOTOZ. I will NEVER use EBAY again.

first made an error in my bank info (transit number), and that took me a month and many calls to fix. they put my account on hold?? after holding for customer service for an hour i was told hold is off and i should get an email within a couple of days. that was 4 days ago no email no money. i’m cancelling my account as soon as i get my money!! beware and they def charge for the service!!

One they they suspended my account no reasons for over one month. I had many things and I could not contact sellers
I was reimbursed but several never arrived!

I would leave no stars if I was allowed I have been selling on ebay for almost 4 years and I will say this it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Staff promise help they can’t give staff lie to sellers. Ebay won’t protect its sellers and even will protect buyers who scam the sellers. When a seller calls in for help they will Deny help till it’s too late for the seller to get help. I downgraded my store today because of ebay they use and abuse their sellers punishing us for things out of our control and saying we helped you than continue to punish you when something isn’t your fault. So I am done with ebay it’s a buyer paradise and sellers nightmare. Don’t sell on ebay you won’t be protected when a buyer or ebay scams you.

They always do illegal activities with users accounts and steal money! Internal employees are misuse our accounts!

If I could give no stars I would. Your agent Von was very rude, non empathetic, not listening, over talking, begged for a supervisor and he refused to transfer the call, makes you feel like you're an idiot, does not review the account/order before pushing his opinions. Responds based on what he thinks he understands, which is really nothing, as he does not listen to anything your client says, my BP went to a high 153/87 which is not at all normal as I am 37 and have no history of blood pressure. I've bought a pressure canner that goes on an induction stove... they sent me the wrong item (the pressure canner that is cheaper and goes on a regular stove)... I'm so mad... I had to pay 59.45$ in shipping return because eBay refused to pay the return fees even if it's there mistake... I've been on eBay for more than 13 years...I will not buy again... Amazon are much easier and honest .... Amazon is the way to go.... don't buy on eBay, one day you will get fuk$%?ed!!!

watch very close what you buy. ebay i9s leaving sellers on that misrepresent their products. they are not as advertised. i bought some coins that looked like a real lot in the picture they when you get the item its a roll of pennies and a little tiny bag like maybe 10 coins and the seller said a 100 coins that was a lie and it is a fight to get a refund or credit..i never have this problem with wish or amazon. im not buying from ebay any more its just a rip of. this sellers lie about what they are selling

I bought a Ralph Lauren duvet and pillow shams. $375.00
It had only a small photo, I took a chance as it looked like the pattern I had been shopping for.
The ad stated the linen was soft. When I received them order, I knew before even opening the packaging it wasn't like the picture. It looks like a light blue stripe in the picture however it is dark blue stripe! It is reversible, and I was hoping it would be the light blue I saw in the picture, however the reverse side was cream with dark blue pin stripes. Nothing like I thought I was buying. Not only that, the fabric felt stiff like it's been firmly starched ! Nothing soft there!
When l tried to contact the seller asking to return this duvet and shams I explained I wasn't happy, it's difficult to see actual color in a picture at times, that's why many businesses have return policies. I also explained I understand with covid these are scary times, but I have had both my vaccines, and have not covid! I explained that I realise I was taking a chance ordering on line, but if us shoppers didn't take that chance , the vendors would have no busines and be out of business. I received a text saying item CLOSED! No correspondence, just closed. I tried several times to contact her, with the same response. eBay however states they will play negotiater if you can't get results within 3 days. I had difficulty navigating all the various routes you have to go through to explain your problem with your return , I never did contact then thru this avenue...I ended up phoneing them. They flatly explained there was Nothing they could do if the vendor isn't willing to work with the purchaser. Even after I said I would no longer shop with eBay, they responded by saying, sorry to hear that. But offered no options, oppolgies, nothing! The information on EBay pertaining to returns makes it sound like if you don't have any luck getting your refund through the seller, eBay will step in....i took that to mean they would refund me and deal with the seller.
THEY DO NOT!!! They take no responsibility, never STEPPED in as it states in returns...
Apparently SOME of the sellers will refund, not the one I had.
I am stuck with a 375.00 purchase I hate, and eBay will keep on taking advantage of inexperienced on line shoppers like me! Shame on EBAY!

Forget eBay, they will not really guarantee you will get what you pay for.. never again….
I’m out $60.00 and the seller and eBay say they shipped the product but all I got was an envelope shipped via Canada Post and because it had a tracking number, they claim it was shipped…. Not so

Do not buy from EletrSale0 in Montreal. They will keep your money and you will not get what you pay for. The eBay guarantee is useless. They choose what they guarantee…

10% selling fees on items, what a ripoff. And these fees are hidden away until you receive your invoice.

I started selling on ebay 15 years ago and back then, the fees were around 5%. Now, it's gotten out of control. Will not sell there ever again.

Catastrophique. Ils ne protègent jamais les acheteurs contre les vendeurs escrocs. Pore encore ils suppriment vos messages négatifs et ne laissent que les avis positifs pour les vendeurs même si tu leur apporte la preuve de l’escroquerie ils disent qu’ils ne vont rien faire. Faites attention ne jamais acheter chez eux. Un vendeur chez eBay ( tectrone.ltd) a volé mon macbook et ne veut pas me le rendre, non seulement ils n’ont rien fait mais en plus ils ont effacé mon avis négatif. C’est très grave

I think ebay is really good. I've been a customer since 2010s. I sold and purchased many household items - most of which were under $15 shipped and they were good for the price (I won't say the items were the best in the world, but for the price they can't be beat).

The only downside is that the shipping might take a long time. Other customers who are leaving negative reviews should probably look at the merchant reviews first.

eBay is after me for $12 for setting a reserve on an item that just wait for it.... RECIEVED 0 views. ZERO. eBay is dead and should not even be legally allowed to take money from people for providing nothing but a place to hide from potential buyers. Don’t advertise on here, just use Kijiji and offer shipping

eBay provides a "buyer protection plan" but holds the right to "deem whether the return is valid", even when it is clearly a fake product... I asked for a return label, they wouldn't provide one, and told me I needed to provide documents from various businesses as to why I needed a return label... I needed to provide photos of the product, box, anything it came in, and anything else. I just felt like they force you to just through SO MANY hoops just to return a product... Their guarantee is honestly anything but a guarantee and I feel pushed out by being made to jump through so many ridiculous hoops and basically told it was my problem. So would I recommend eBay? No. They don't regulate the products on their site what so ever, and they don't back you when you buy a fake product even under their guarantee. So do I think eBay is really just apart of the problem at this point? Yes, yes I do. I'm not one for negative reviews unless hey are truly warranted and in this case, I certainly feel it is. Buyer beware.

J'ai commander un disque d'un vendeur de France. Le prix d'expédition était pas trop cher. Quelques jours plus tard, le vendeur me dit que finalement, l'expédition est 4 fois plus cher que prévus. Il me laisse le choix d'annuler ou de payer la différence. Je décide d'annuler, et aucune réponse du vendeur. Si j'avais choisi de payer la différence, probablement que j'aurais reçu la facture la journée même, parce que quand c'est pour faire de l'argent, ça va mystérieusement plus vite. Je décide de le recontactez 2 jours plus tard pour lui demander quand je vais avoir mon argent, et il me répond que c'est à moi de contactez ebay. Je contacte donc ebay, et ils me disent que seul le vendeur peut annuler une commande. Il me disent juste "communiquer avec le vendeur". Ce que ebay ne comprend pas, c'est que pour que je les contacte eux, c'est parce que le vendeur ne répond pas, justement. Alors me faire dire "communique avec le vendeur" ne sert strictement à rien. Aussi bien enlevez le "service" à la clientèle et écrire : Réponse à toute vos questions "Communiquez avec le vendeur, nous croyons fortement qu'il va finir par répondre. Nous croyons fortement que ce message va vous rassurer et renforcer votre confiance à acheter chez nous". Mon argent est donc dans la poche du vendeur, et je ne recevrais pas mon disque, à cause de l'erreur du vendeur. Et comme les acheteur sont considérer comme des poissons, c'est toujours nous qui payent pour les erreurs des autres. Ebay me déçois beaucoup, je les croyais honnête.

Ebay's customer service is a joke. They poorly treat loyal customers. Bunch of liars! I had an issue with an accidently closed return - contacted eBay immediately - just apologies in answer - "we cannot do anything, it's against our policies, and other stupid excuses". Called one more time- was advised by CSR to ship the item back to seller at my own expense, and then appeal if the seller won't process the return. Guess what? Another stupid "apologies", pretending that they've never say anything. Needless to say that I've ended up without item, money and completely upset feeling so disrespected. I've been buying on this platform for 5 years, and never had any issues with honest sellers. I will stop doing it from now on as they are promoting and protecting fraudulent sellers! Looks like they don't care about losing customers. Thanks God good sellers have their own stores and websites to buy from.

I found unique products at ebay and ordered 2 after 4 years of inaction. I never expected the horror story with the delivery company particularly the driver mr N. Singh WHO DELIVERED TO a WRONG HOUSE BUT DID NOT WANT TO COLLABORATE YET I THE BUYER HAVE TO PROVE IT AND DO THE RESEARCH FOR EBAY WHEN I HAVE INFO THAT I CAN SHARE WITH EBAY?
1-I noticed that the delivery notification in inbox but i had no product and the alleged proof of delivery pic was at the wrong house?!
2-I called them , CS, but the driver denied it and said that it was the correct address. The cs does not even try to solve the problem at INTELCOM Express!
3-I contacted the driver and asked for my goods
4-He says he is far and i have to pick up but does not tell me where?!
5-I asked to give me the goods paid for but this Sob driver said t get a refund!?
6- I tried to give a proper complaint to INTELcomexpress but they alleged they did for me?!
7-I email ebay 2-3 times no response
8-i tried to get my refund by PayPal, was sent to eBay?!
9-I tried to get a refund from eBay since it says guaranteed service.
10- I had to send 5 emails before they understooD that i had all the proof that the package was sent to the wrong address, but they did not want the proof they wanted a police report ...OR I DON'T GET REFUNDED????
11-WHY SHOULD I WASTE MY MORE TIME AND HAVE TO GO TO POLICE WHEN I HAVE THE PROOF ALREADY? THIS IS RIDICULOUS. AND I NEED TO PROVE IT THAT I DID IT TO GET MY REFUND WHEN THE PROBLEM IS THIS SOB DRIVER?! WHO WILL PAY ME FOR DOING THEIR INVESTIGATION? THIS CAN COST ME 2-4 HOURS OF WORK NOT INCLUDING THE STRESS...I HAD ALL THE TEXTS TO PROVE THAT THIS SOB DRIVER WAS DISHONEST AND CONFUSED ME ABOUT WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS??
THIS IS A HORRIFIC STORY ABOU THE WHOLE LOGISTICS NETWORK INCLUDING EBAY AND CS BEING TOTALLY USELESS AND UNACCOUNTABLE..HOW MANY PARCELS ARE LOST I WONDER?
