The lume is not up to much
The lume is not up to much. I would have expected better
The crown feels a wee bit fragile in my opinion
Other than that it's a nice looking watch and the movement seems OK.
A couple of millimetres bigger and a slightly more robust crown and better lume would make it 5 star

New daily driver
Ordering was simple and the watch arrived when they said it would. The watch itself is exactly as shown and I couldn't be happier. The key rings as a holiday gift was a nice touch.

This is my first watch at this price…
This is my first watch at this price point, and I am very happy with the build quality, design, and finishing on this watch. It definitely feels like a step up from my other watches, and the accuracy is noticeably better. Very pleased!

I bought the 1956 3H Black which is a thoughtfully designed watch. Service was excellent. Prepaid all taxes and tariffs makes the transaction seamless. Shipped and arrived as advertised. Beautiful, I love it! Bellissima!

Echo Neutra, just don’t.
If you need to return the watch, just don’t… everything is perfect until you need to delivery it back for some reason. You have to pay for the return 30€ aprox, in my case unworned watch, they took 300€ from my money for apparent scratches, even tho I have evidence of the watch being in good condition when it was sent back. Echo Neutra never again.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment.
We’d like to clarify what happened with your return. The watch was sent back with one of the two straps clearly used, while the unused strap had been mounted on the watch. During that strap change, the case was unfortunately scratched on the inner side of the lug. Because of this damage, the model now requires restoration before it can be resold.
We also offered to send the watch back to you, at our expense, so you could keep it exactly as it was returned, but you declined that option. We always accept returns, of course, but when a watch is used or damaged — as in this situation — we have to account for the restoration costs.
We genuinely regret that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and our team remains available if you’d like to discuss the matter further.
Watch is cool. Was sent wrong straps and now company is unresponsive.
Ordered a watch. Watch itself looks great. But their listing lists a rubber strap with it which was how I planned on wearing it and part of why I bought that color. I was sent two leather straps.
I responded to my delivery email as it says reply back to this email and did not hear back. After a while I emailed their support email directly and still did not receive any communications. It seems the company is no longer interested in assisting after taking my money and the watch was delivered.
Their website was also glitchy and originally not showing the model I wanted to preorder. They eventually fixed it and were able to switch my order to the color I wanted.
