I ordered an item through Tesco Market Place and wanted to return it. Tesco only instructs you to contact the seller directly, but they have not responded to my request for a return. I would not recommend this company.

Received my products. Candle and a hydration foot cream. I haven't tried the cream yet, however, the candle is a silly size and I was not expecting that, it is too small for the price £5. The company is under Superdrug, I wonder if they know, leading people to buy under false pretenses. I will never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Do not buy from this company.

I bought items from Éclat via Brand Alley. It was faulty, and I reported this. I answerd the same question several times before they issued me with a returns form. The item was returned to them on 9th June and there has been no update about my refund. Again, I have had to resend details they should already have and said they couldn't find my return. They've now said my refund has been issued but will take a further 15 days to be processed. Totally unacceptable service.

Ordered a toner from wowcher from this company, to not receive my order. I email the company and after a good few days they tell me that they have posted items to me. When I received my parcel it was the wrong order. I emailed the same person that I emailed before to be ignored. Terrible service, I would not recommend them.

Advertised as eclat to make you believe its better than it is Erth skin ingredients are olive oil based rubbish at an expense. No bee serum or manuka honey in the ingredients lists. Do not buy

I ordered a cuticle oil and nail strengthening duo.
The nail strengthener say (obviously) to remove with nail polish remover but the strengthener just sinks into my nails and disappears....I'm not convinced it's doing anything!!??

Unhappy with quality and clothing was nothing like the picture showed. Failing to respond to emails for the past few weeks also.

7 LED FACE MASK. Cheap tat that quickly developes faults.

Really Really wish I had seen all these other reviews here before I purchased. Had to involve payment provider in order to recieve my refund back
NEVER AGAIN

I bought this, charged it up switched it on and nothing happen. Light came on but no vibration. Returning for a refund.

Just received my item after two weeks and just as I expected the item is rubbish. I bought a man’s size 4xl body warmer that fits my 10 year old. What a sham.

Ordered 4 skin masks from them early Xmas prezzies they sent wrong chargers that didn't fit contacted company by email 4 times and spoke to them about wrong charges being sent they have totally ignored me

Ordered an item on Superdrug website. Eclatskinlondon was the supplier. Item never turned up. This is a rogue Company. Amazed Superdrug allow them to advertise on their website.

Customer service is beyond poor. Can’t speak to a human, take 1-2 weeks to reply each time

This company are sharks and their customer service is diabolical do not order from them or through debenhams as they don't care either

The eye patches !!!! Superb ! Bought to try them too see if any good …. Wow … I toke them with me to holiday … so for unknown reasons my eyes got swollen , maybe heat , maybe water don’t know … but after I put eye patches , 2 min and I could go outside again , no swelling anymore …happy days !! Oh , I used hyaluronic acid eye patches …

Best product i have so far tried i got the collagen serum and cream as well as the face mask and is amazing came so quick ordered on Debenhams website it was on offer from £135 to £25 and honestly is amazing the softness to skin after using is so amazing

An absolute disgrace of a business. ordered items through Debenhams 37 days ago, stuff was delivered with missing items, damaged items that had leaked over the rest of the order and ruined them. Been chasing daily with Debenhams because Eclat wont front up and take responsibility. Consistently incapable of providing a resolution, taken the money and run. its a scam everyone, don't buy from these guys. I'm going public with the whole charade, and I intend to raise it through watchdog and Trading Standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Expensive device conked out within 6 weeks, policy is to only issue replacements within 4. No indication of whether the device is designed to be repairable. Buying cheapo tools off Instagram will be more cost-effective.

Delivered without return details emailed customer services for return details / no response utterly deplorable
