My remote unit was replaced for my LED mask with no problems. I found the customer service very good and did all my correspondence via email. Great product that I cannot live without!

Very happy with my purchase. There was a delivery delay but it was rectified promptly and satisfactory by the supplier.

Products are very good quality. My package was lost by Royal mail and a replacement had to be shipped out. 1 star was lost because I had to email twice regarding the same lost package. However, second email was actioned quickly and Products then arrived promptly on track24 delivery.

Bought the red light hat, was originally £170 marked down to £20....it's definitely always £20. Terrible quality, the red lights don't even fit inside the hat and the hat itself is the lowest quality you can imagine. Threads falling out all over the place. Shockingly bad. Don't buy.

I had a problem with my online order through Douglas Italia in May 2026. I didn't receive anything until August 4th. Douglas's customer service was absolutely useless, so I decided to contact the company directly where I explained what happened. The guys were very kind and very quick and shipped the package next day.

I purchased the Erth Beauty 5 in 1 hair styler at the end of May 2026 from Debenhams.
The product is good but if anything goes wrong their customer service is awful. Therefore I would stay away from buying items from this company through Debenhams.

As a product I was really pleased with how it styled my hair. I already have a Dyson Air Styler and this product is just as good as the Dyson. It is more compact to put in hand luggage which was the main reason I decided to buy it, also, it costs a lot less money.
There are two problems I have encountered with Erth Beauty hair styler.
The first is that the gold rim where the attachment button is located gets extremely hot and I have to remove the attachments using a small cloth so as not to burn my fingers/hand.
The second is, that on the inside, where the attachments latch on to so that they are secure, seems to have broken off. The tools are no longer secure and they fly off while drying. Therefore, I am unable to use this product anymore.
Apart from that, before I encountered the second problem I felt the hair styler was an extremely good product.

Unfortunately their customer service is shocking. I have emailed them 3 times to try and find out how to return this product but they have not acknowledged my emails.
I have also tried to contact Debenhams to see if they can help, but unfortunately their website tells me I have to contact Earth Beauty direct.

Absolutely loving this collagen + vitamin C set. It feels super luxe, and after just a couple uses my skin is noticeably firmer, smoother, and glowing. Instant results.

I bought 2 products from Debenhams then found a better version and cheaper at tk max. Tried to get a refund . What a nightmare!
They lied and said they’d issued it showing a picture, when they obviously hadn’t. Then 2 weeks later I get a refund for £2 less than I’d paid .
I’d already forked out £7 to return.
So the product may be good but try getting a refund from them ! Lesson learned

Amazing customer service

I bought products which ended up getting lost in the post. I got in contact and their customer service sorted out a replacement of the items to be delivered which arrived within 2 days of the email exchange and even had a complimentary hand cream added in for the mishap. The products are always amazing and having had this good and efficient customer service experience I'll definitely keep buying with erthskin :)

Amazing Products. Got the retinol eye cream and moisturiser and been enjoying it since.

I've got the little Erth Beauty EMS Gua Sha Sculptor, and just love how versatile and portable it is. I am a massive fan of using LED products for my skin, but it's not always practical to travel with my mask in my bag/suitcase and this little device is perfect for travelling. I also picked up their Marine Collagen Night Repair cream and it's so thick and luxurious on the skin, my skin felt so bouncy and hydrated after using it! Great products all round!

Used their day cream night cream and serum and I love their formula 👌🏻 my skin looks so fresh after using those products for a week now💕

I love this brand so much so far. I have a set for eye cream, face cream, serum and foam, and all this make my skin hydrated and shine. Definitely come back again.

I ordered Marine Collagen Night Serum from their website and the formula is amazing... feels so luxurious on the skin. I have dry skin, so this worked wonders for me. Loved the packaging as well.

Whilst the mask itself seems to do what it says it should. It does not hold its charge. I have had mine since December and rarely used in in the beginning. I still only use it as and when I remember. Probably if you average it out its been once a week since December. It is supposed to hold its charge enough to use the product for "7-Colour LED Mask: Features a 400mAh battery that provides up to 150 minutes of use per charge" This is from google. I am luck if I get three to four ten minute sessions.

I received a 3 light LED mask for Christmas 2025. When going to use the mask, I saw I had no charging cable - it may have got binned with wrapping paper during the Christmas rush when I unboxed the mask to test it worked.

I sent an email to info(at)eclatskin(dotcom) on January 13th 2026 for assistance. I had another handheld device from Erth Skin but the charging cable was different. I wrote to ask what type of cable I would need, I was willing to pay for one.

I did not get any response and found the customer service ticket system on the website on January 20th. I made a new enquiry and received a response from the ticket and my original email on the 21st. I was asked to provide my address as a new cable would be sent to me.

I made contact again on February 8th after receiving nothing and received no response. To this day, I still have had no reply or cable.

I am just gone 54 and have had forehead lines and wrinkles my whole life. I scowled a lot from a baby and have those awful ones above my eyes. I tried their serum, night cream and day cream and am absolutely amazed. My sister thougjt it looked as if I had botox. She thinks my skin is 10 times better. Not kidding. I have used La Mer, Eve Lom and all ither expensive creams even, cheap ones. The best was Eve Lom until now. My forehead lines ard barely there even when I stopped for a week. My brown spots, and I had a lot have mostly gone. My skin feels like velvet. Bought this on a whim at Christmas and only recently used it for a week or so.

It is the best I have ever tried!

Was bought a light therapy mask from them as a birthday gift. Instructions were lacking, at first I couldn't get it to do anything at all, then figured out that it must need charging first - like I say Instructions did not say this, the Instructions implied you just turn it on and use it! Instructions said that the red light flashes whilst charging, mine did not do that. Instructions said that once ready the light turns green, which it eventually did but it said to turn it on all you habe to do is press the (non-existent) button for three seconds. I tried again and again and again but could not get it to work. I don't know, maybe I just got a faulty one?! Who knows! I returned it to get my money back as it was just not working at all. Rubbish product.

Hair dryer purchased through Tesco market place requested return as faulty. The nozzle screws on and only fixes at a wrong angle. Keep chasing a return but getting nowhere with them.
