I've two led masks. I've just purchased my second one. They're amazing masks and give great results. I gave it to my partner to use to see what he thought ot it. He said it was great and felt tingling when it was on. He saw results instantly. You'll notice your skin is softer, lines soften, plumper and more radiant. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a Christmas gift from them, and the service was fantastic! All the products are amazing. The best part was the customer service team—they were so helpful and gave me great details on how to use the masks.

Amazing products! The first of many brands that I have tried implementing in my skincare and all other brands give me an adverse reaction. These products feel premium, they smell incredible and leave your skin feeling amazing. No complaint from me at all!

Absolutely appalling customer service!! I strongly advise to stay well clear! Bought a hairdryer through Debenhams which I needed to return. After many days I eventually got an address to return it to. I did this straight away, and even paid for dpd next day delivery that was fully tracked and cost me almost £7! The next day it was received of which I have photo proof. Since then I’ve had no response to emails and they never ever answer the telephone line which is supposed to be open until 5pm! After reading other reviews this seems to be an on going issue with this company. How they are still trading I’ll never know. If I do not receive my refund I will be contacting trading standards asap. Disgusting company!

Bought Hyaluronic Acid & Collagen serum from Superdrug. Product is good and I like it

I had planned on contacting this company regarding the Advanced LED Hair Growth Brush, which I purchased from TKMaxx in Brixton, London. I searched Trustpilot for reviews on it, however, there is no review, but I am very disappointed to read of the experiences had by buyers of the company's other products and services. This has put me off contacting the company, which TKMaxx informed me I would have to do because I went back to them for a refund due to experiencing headaches. Reading that the company is not helpful nor responsive, I think my next route would be making a complaint to TKMaxx and going to Trading Standard. For readers info the packaging for this product has no information that LED lighting can cause headaches - I learnt this carrying out an internet search - I wish I had done this prior to buying this product - nothing on the packaging says "carry out a search or speak to a medical person to ensure this product is suitable for your personal use".

Appalling customer service! First order had an incorrect item and a faulty led face mask. The replacement for the incorrect item was also incorrect. Third order and again an incorrect item only to be told that the Erth Skin night cream was out of stock so they sent another similar one from a different brand. I suspect that they are probably the same product anyway, just packaged under different names but this is still unacceptable.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from .
I purchased an led machine from them and when it arrived it was falling apart. I had testing number stickers on the plug . Only two colours of the light spectrum displayed. The plug didn't even work i had to use another plug to see if the machine actually worked . I received this item on 23rd of July and I straight away emailed them of this issue . Its now 10th September and I'm still fighting to get my money back. They never reply they ignored my countless emails . Absolute disgrace of a company and not professional at all . So if anyone is thinking of purchasing anything from them , think twice .

I bought the jaw line electrical device, it works for a few minutes then next time you try to use it , it needs a full recharge. I emailed customer service and explained this but they want me to send a video!! You can’t attach a file that size in an email. Don’t waste your money !!

Honestly, this is shameful. This brand is nothing more than rebranded generic products sourced from websites like AliExpress. There's nothing “London” about it except the name. It's a textbook case of rebranding — flashy logo, nice packaging, and zero transparency about the real origin or manufacturing standards.

No clear testing information, no proper certification, and from what I can tell, not even an officially registered trademark. They're reselling low-cost products at premium prices, misleading customers into thinking they're buying something clean, ethical, or high-end.

👉 Be careful — this kind of misleading branding is becoming way too common.

Do not trust this company! Unreliable and nonexistent customer service.

I ordered a hairdryer from them through Tesco (who stock their products) and never received my item. Tesco customer service provided me with contact details (both phone and email) for this company but they don’t reply to emails or pick up the phone. They are impossible to reach.
I am still chasing them for a refund for the product I never received. Appalling.

The crème I bought erth skin spf50 collagen was expensive but smells like children’s sun cream, it is initially very greasy but made my skin dry. Feels like you have a heavy sticky coating on your face.

I recently booked a new block of laser hair removal and was hugely impressed with the quality and results. I would also like to add the new practitioner I had Grace was amazing so I recommend she will complete the rest of my sessions.

I purchased an Erth Beauty 3 colour LED mask from Tesco online and its the best LED mask I have ever had. It's lightweight, easy to use and gives a 2 day glow. It is far more effective than my previous LED masks which have all been far more expensive and nowhere near as effective. I would highly recommend this LED mask and cant wait to try other Erth beauty products!

I have a few beauty devices from this company. Unfortunately the last couple that I have bought have had no instructions on how to use the device. There is a phone number listed for them but when you ring that number you get told every time that the person is on another call and you are unable to leave a message so you are not able to speak to anyone. I have contacted them twice via their website and have filled in 2 forms asking for some instructions for my device. When I submitted the form a reply stated that I should receive a reply within 48 hours but after 2 attempts at contacting them I have received no communication from them at all. I have a device that I am unable to use because there are no instructions on how to use it. There is no customer service from this company whatsoever. It is disgusting and not the way to treat people that are spending money on their beauty devices. They are expensive as well and are not cheap. I would not recommend this company to anyone with a non existent customer service and I will not buy anything else from Earthskin/Eclat London ever again.
