My slippers are really soft and comfortable. They are well made as well.

Eco Bath is a good company. I buy diffusers from them as well. If only they provided refills I could have given them five stars.

I received the natural back brush and to be honest I was staggered by how beautiful it was. I was not expecting anything so well made. I have got used to things being adequate and fairly poorly made but this was a total surprise. I highly recommend this product and it is a joy to use. Lovely wood.

Really speedy delivery from this company. My item was thoughtfully and nicely packaged. With some care.

Really do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I purchased the Bamboo bath caddy tray and decided to shop small rather than Amazon etc. Purchased in late October-23 and item collapsed after 4 uses. Emails sent with photo evidence but no response so when I was able to phone the company they refused to provide support or a replacement. Not worth the disappointment and the lack of care on the phone was sad to experience.

Website needs to be clearer as I did not realise I would be paying for postage both ways - I bought bathrobe £82 including free postage and returned it as it was too big; website gives no actual measurements for robes. I paid return postage and then £3.99 was deducted from my refund for initial postage despite being advertsised as free. Apart from postage problem the robe shed lots of threads on my bedroom floor which did not inspire confidence. Very disappointed with my experience from this company.

Was in the final stages of completing my order online when I was presented with a series of boxes to tick, under the banner of 'show the love' (or something to that effect).

I was being asked to tip the staff of Eco Bath London. Thoughts ran through my head:

If I don't tip, then will the person who's taking my order think that I'm being stingy?

If I tick the lowest amount, will it be enough?

How do I know that the staff will receive the money?

Then it occurred to me that I was being guilt-tripped into subsidising Eco Bath London staff's wages, so I abandoned my order. (I have since purchased from another company instead.)

Never in my whole life of shopping online have I been asked to contribute towards staff wages, and I will never purchase from companies who ask me to.

A really great addition to the big soak. Make sure you take time to enjoy it!

The items I ordered are lovely and arrived very quickly.

Was pleased with product on arrival but within weeks it had deteriorated with the varnish lifting & black mould appearing. Would not recommend.

Great company and great products. Thank you. The only downside - the bath salts do not say how much to use for a bath - I used about 1/3rd of packet, so got 3 baths, which worked out quite expensive.

I bought this product in T K Maxx. I used the whole packet in my bath. My skin now feels so soft and has a nice shine to it. Squeaky clean. I’ll definitely be buying more bath salts from this company. Love it more as cruelty free ♥️

Very pricey for the product quality. The bamboo tray broke and my laptop is now useless.

I received some deep scratches from the rope end on soap on a roap . I contacted the owner to let them know who dismissed it but promised to send another soap. But it hasnt arrived.

I was so impressed with the first one I ordered two more. Its a shame you cant just buy replacement heads, but i recommend these loofahs.
