Darren was very efficent talked me through what was going to be done, took pictures of what work was carried out. I found out a previous service id had done they didnt do anything. Would 100% recommend to anybody

Had an error code on my boiler, and he came out to take a look. Did a thorough check and talked me through all the steps. Really friendly and got the job done quickly!

Went with Darren as he was my cheapest quote for a heat pump service and had excellent reviews. Happy to say the reviews were right. Fantastic service and price. Did a great job and was really professional and friendly. Will definitely have him back every year.

Excellent service, quick response, couldn't fault. Replied very quickly and booked in at my convenience - will be using again!

I had Darren round to service my boiler, he was super friendly and professional, answered all of my many questions with clear, understandable answers. His work was quick, efficient and thorough. He also advised on making my system more efficient ...he really knew his stuff! I will used Darren at eco energy experts again and I will recommend him to family and friends.

Had arranged for him to fit solar panels and heat pump at property filled in all the paperwork etc been waiting months when chased he said he would get back to me but now he does not response to emails when chased, now stating funding was pulled Dec 2026 which we haven’t got to! Application was started 31/05/26 yet replied on 22/08/26 to say he will call the office for an update and no reply do not trust him! Yet your website still states you are doing funding and if I could attached the screenshot then I would!

Used Darren’s company for the first time to complete our annual boiler service. Excellent communication and professionalism throughout. Work was completed in less than an hour, pictures of the work and cleaning carried out provided. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company, Darren my engineer did a brilliant professional job and was just a really nice guy. Had boiler serviced for the year.

I’m very happy with the service carried out on my heat pump. The technician was professional, and knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently and everything was explained clearly. The heat pump is now working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and professional heat pump technician.

Darren serviced our Vaillant boiler and did a thorough job. He pointed out a few areas that needed attention that had not been noted in previous services. He comes across as very friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend him for any service or other work that is required.

Very good service that was acquired via Checkatrade. The serviceman arrived at the allocated time and carried out the work efficiently. Very happy with the service. Only one point is that I would prefer quotes with VAT included but that is something that is down to my own personal likes and dislikes.

Darren serviced our air source heat pump and did an excellent job. He was very friendly and chatty while remaining highly efficient and professional throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was confident that everything was working as it should. It's reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy looking after our system. We'll definitely be using Darren for our annual service in the future and would highly recommend him.
