Professional, good work

I started to try to get new LPG boiler and central heating 10 months ago with another company under the grant scheme. The company messed me about and after 7 months stopped returning my phone calls. I eventually looked for another company and Calor gave me the name of Darren Gill of ecoenrgyexperts.co.uk. I contacted Darren and explained the nightmare I had been going through with the other company. Darren was amazing. He arranged a visit very quickly and got the ball rolling. I was desperate as another winter was arriving and I had no heating. Darren was very reassuring and promised he would get the loft and cavity walls done and then the heating. Very quickly the guys turned up to do the first stages and the heating was installed first week in January. All the way through Darren was reassuring and calmed my fears of being let down again. He did every thing he promised and was always on the end of the phone to answer my question. i cannot thank him enough. He was my Knight in shining armour and my Santa Claus rolled into one. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Really helpful service new insulation in. Old one out of cavity wall, loft is full of new insulation, very efficient and professionally done.

I cannot praise these people enough for the excellent work that they did and the heating engineer Kieran did an absolutely superb job from start to finish he did an excellent cleanup job as well if anyone out there Is thinking of having their central heating done I highly recommend this company I’ve never had central heating before and they was with me all the way through from start to finish their support and help was absolutely fantastic can’t praise them enoughI would also like to thank Darren for his follow-up service Thank you again one very happy customer

We have recently had the cavity wall insulation fitted and can already feel the difference! Our house is quite large and was losing heat quickly once the heating was off so was very expensive regards oil usage. Darren explained about the bead that they use and answered all my questions, including giving advice on work we're completing ourselves 😊 We are so happy with Eco Energy Experts and highly recommend it. Fast, friendly and professional service. The guys that came to fit it were friendly, professional, and took care of the outside furniture moving it neatly to one side. I'm enjoying our cosy home and looking forward to saving on our energy bills!

We had our cavity walls insulated through Eco Energy today. We’d been searching for a company to do the job for a while and was just to contact Eco Energy and they arranged everything for us. We got help filling the forms and everything was fast and smooth. They are very helpful and very responsive all the time. We are so happy with the service that definitely recommend it 100%. Very helpful offering us loft insulation when other companies couldn’t. The work was offered and carried out promptly. The boys worked hard, staying late despite the distance to travel to us.
