You do not provide a user manual for maintentance and modifications. I paid $2500 for the board. It should have a user manual not a sales manual on other products. You should have a manual showing how to make adjustments on board such as turning radius / tightness. Your lights are also too blinding to oncoming pedestrians and should have ability to turn down or off of a few. Your break lights/rear lights break too easily b/c it is in the rear handle so picking up board brakes the lights too easily. While I accept the board is a monster is heaviness comes with it, the turning radius is too narrow and tight. Evolv beats you on weight and turning. It is also too loud. Your manaul should provide instructions how to quiet the board. Not everything is a monster ride. We should be able to adjust the sound for beach rides and other easy rides so as not to scare pedestrians we ride by. I will not recommend this board for anyone in an urban area. But it is fun remote riding. Customer service is deficient as it does not answer questions and only redirects you to youtube channels that don't address all questions. Worst of all the user manual link on the website redirects you to a spam site that tries to change your user programs and never actually provides a board user manual in any form. That sucks but is bad business that it is a link on your website. Booooo!!!!

A few years ago I came across a video on YouTube of this guy riding what was called an M24 from a company called Ecomobl. As a kid I would watch my friends disappear into the woods on their bicycles as I stood at the end of the street holding a longboard, wishing I could follow.
That was 1980 , and I had long abandoned skateboards all together, but THIS , this was the machine I dreamed of as a kid.
Planetary gear driven ( no belts ) , all wheel drive ( Im not a little guy) and all the horsepower and terrain handling abilities i EVER dreamed of !
I now have a new M24 Pro, a Telum BA and the AMAZING X5 Hybrid.
I am 58 years old and living my childhood dreams on 12 horsepower monster skateboards that make EVERYONE stop and stare . Thank you Ecomobl, from an old skater reborn . - Kirby

I began riding a small street 🛹! Upon grinding that for a few months; I stumbled upon Ecomobls platforms. I looked at them for a while and decided with my active lifestyle they would perhaps be a good fit, for both off road 🛣️, cafe hopping, and other variants. I have one of each platform😁 I have been riding for over six years now. I have thrown quite a bit at these off road boards, jumps, harsh terrain, sand, dirt, mud, snow, jumps. Almost everything that can be done I've done. And they keep working. Great platform and am looking for ward to their new speed variant and new mini. Ride on and be safe.

The company is best in the market. I bought ET pro and from quality to customer service everything was spot on.

I am happy that I found Ecomobl. I bought ET pro for my son and I am more than satisfied. Highly recommended if you are looking for eskateboards.

I bought the Ecomobl Telum 2WD for my husband as a birthday gift, and it’s safe to say it’s the best gift I’ve ever given him. He’s been obsessed with off-road riding for years, and he’s spent countless hours testing different mountainboard, but this one has become his go-to. He raves about the torque, saying it climbs hills that his old board couldn’t even tackle, and he loves how comfortable the ride is, thanks to the flexible carbon fiber deck. He’s taken it on everything from easy forest trails to challenging rocky paths, and it’s held up perfectly. What I love about it, as someone who’s not a rider, is how safe it feels，the braking is predictable, the foot straps keep him secure, and the lights make him visible even when he’s out after dark. I am extremely dissatisfied with Eco Mobl. The device functioned for only one month before it completely failed. Since then, I have contacted them multiple times regarding a repair, but they are clearly unwilling or incapable of resolving the issue.

The level of customer support is unacceptable, and the product quality is severely disappointing. I feel misled as a customer and have lost all trust in this company. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money.

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend Eco Mobl to anyone.

Your explanation is misleading and simply not true.

This is the same company, the same products, and the same “support team” that only starts replying after a customer leaves a negative review on Trustpilot. Until then, there is silence, ignoring emails, and avoiding responsibility.

The product worked for less than one month. The spare part you sent was not even the correct one and did not fix the issue. Instead of real support, you delayed, shifted blame, and now hide behind brand-name technicalities.

It is unacceptable for a company to:

sell low-quality products,

provide no real after-sales support,

respond only when publicly exposed,

and then try to deny responsibility by claiming it is a “different brand”.

If you are unable to ensure basic product quality and honest customer service, you should seriously consider shutting the company down. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers who trusted you with their money.

Additional information regarding my previous review:

The replacement battery that was sent to me does not charge fully. I have already provided clear video evidence, but after that the company stopped responding altogether.

Moreover, the replacement battery has a lower capacity than the original battery that was installed in the skateboard at purchase. The replacement motor I received is also defective and unsuitable — the gears are skipping, which makes the skateboard unsafe and unusable.

The purchase date is irrelevant in this case. From the very beginning, the skateboard worked properly for only one month. After that, I waited more than two years to receive replacement parts — and even then, the parts sent were incorrect and below the original specifications.

I paid 1300 EUR for this skateboard and effectively got only one month of use. This is completely unacceptable.
Due to the long delays, incorrect parts, reduced battery capacity, and lack of communication after providing evidence, I feel misled and taken advantage of as a customer.

I got lots of spare parts now . And the new look on the controller,is awesome.. great delivery time and great customer packaging .
