Please allow us to clarify that your order #1068 was not cancelled arbitrarily, but due to a temporary lack of stock, as communicated to us by our supplier. As soon as we were informed of this, we immediately issued a full refund via PayPal on June 29, which has been successfully processed.
We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to fulfill your order on time.
