Soothing and balanced manuka honey balm

Th Eczema Company’s manuka honey balm is so soothing and smooth. I use it on my face and neck every night, and occasionally on other body parts when they feel extra dry or in need of some TLC. The top layer in the container is a little firm, so I rub it in my fingertips to warm it up and soften it before applying it to my face. My skin absorbs the balm easily and does not look greasy at all. Sometimes I wet the balm in my fingers before rubbing it in and that allows the balm to spread more quickly. I love the clean ingredients too. I definitely recommend this for anyone who appreciates balanced and clean skin.

Total scam

I ordered leggings that were the equivalent of tissue paper so I returned them. I got an email 15months later that they couldn't return my item bc it was covered in fuzz. No kidding. You had the item for a year.

First, I’m truly sorry for the frustration and confusion this situation caused. Receiving a message about a return more than a year after sending it back would be upsetting for anyone, and I apologize for the concern my previous email has created.

While reviewing our returns, we discovered that your claim from January 2025 had unfortunately been missed due to an internal oversight. When I initially followed up on Saturday, I referred to records from our returns team, which led me to send you incorrect information. I’m very sorry for that mistake and for the stress it has caused.

After taking another careful look, we confirmed that your leggings are covered under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and your refund has now been processed.

I wanted to assure you that this is not the experience we want our customers to have with our team. I know the long delay and mixed messages have been disappointing, and I’m very sorry for the way this unfolded.

Not reputable

Their return policy is not comparable to most retailers. They respond to negative reviews by saying they emailed to make it right but they don’t actually do anything to correct their issues.

I had the same experience as another…

I had the same experience as another customer with my return. Couldn't get the bra on, immediately put it back in the package, perfect condition with the tag as required. Paid the 9.99. Then the refused the return because it look like somebody stepped on it. Scam company. Order at your own risk.

Hello Iris - We spend much time monitoring the reviews on our own site and haven't dedicated time to reveiw Trustpilot reviews until now. So please forgive this reply. Unfortunately, the bra you returned was covered in what looked like white deodorent marks. We have photos from our returns team. Since it no longer was in new condition, we could not accept the return and we paid to reship them to you.

Finally relief!

Simple, basic products that actually work! My hands were so painful I couldn't use them. I was using a soap that was for sensitive skin, but that was not helping. This soap has been a game changer. Hands are back to normal!

Not worth dealing with!

It seems like every time I place an order they're out of stock of many of the items. If you wish to wait to receive your out of stock items you have to contact them to remind them. Trying to communicate with their customer service is a frickin nightmare. I'll be looking for another vendor, this one isn't worth my time to deal with.

We spent most of our time working directly with customers communicating with us via our store, store reviews and emails, so Trustpilot wasn't something we tracked until recently. So I am terribly sorry we missed this review until now.

Regarding the out of stock message, we do occassionaly run out of stock despite our very best efforts, running a small business is tough work, but we do have the option to sign up to be notified when an item arrives back into our warehouse. Most customers find this very helpful and I'm sorry if you didn't know about this feature or if you didn't find it helpful.

As far as the communication with our team, I do see that your messages were replied to in a timely manner.

I am truly sorry that you were unhappy with your experience.

I have a really great experience the first day wearing the socks,because I have a very sensitive skin, happy to find finally something really great.

Pajama Perfection

Description, photos, and sizing chart is spot on! I got the 100% organic cotton adult pajama top with mitts and the matching bottoms. The first pair was so amazing, I got a second pair. If I don't want to wear the mitts, the sleeves are long enough that I can roll a cuff and still have my arms covered to the wrist. The bottoms are nice for pulling socks over the bottoms. I can't say enough positive about these! They're soft, cute, comfy, and protective!!!

Terrible customer service

The items are not high quality. The fabric is not soft and my daughter would not even put it on so we never even wore the item but because we opened the package they would not accept the return. So not only did I have to pay for the item and shipping but then had to pay to ship it back and I did not receive a refund for the item. This is truly a terrible way to do business and if you are not sure you are going to keep your items from here I suggest buying from somewhere else because you will not be able to return the product if you open up the plastic package it comes in. Awful experience

I do not have enough information to look up your order based on the details you provided in this review. So I'm very sorry that I cannot provide further insight. Our return policy does state that items must be in new conditiosn with all tags and packaging in order to be returned.

Be careful ordering from this company!

Be careful ordering from this company! Their punitive return policy charges $9.99 per item, no matter what reason for the return. My dermatologist had a better cheaper solution: an OTC topical lotion for the itch at my underwear line. And despite paying $40 for expedited shipping, order was slow to arrive. Won't be ordering from them again!

First of all, I'm very sorry for the very late reply here. We focus our attention on reviews and emails directly from our store. Until now, we didn't receive notices about Trustpilot reviews. So we're going back through all comments and replying. I'm sorry yours was not responded to until today.

Regarding our return policy, that is correct. We do charge a return fee to cover the cost of return shipping and the fee to process the return at our warehouse. This fee can be waived if you exchange the item or accept a store credit. Our return policy and fees are clearly listed on our website. I'm very sorry if you did not see it before ordering.

It's very costly running a small business and we do not build these return fees into our product pricing in order to keep our products as affordable as possible.

With regard to the expedited shipping fee, without having more information about your order, it's hard for me to say what happened. Occassionaly there are weather issues that delay shipments or holiday processing times. However, in general, if the order did not ship in a timely manner from our warehouse, we will always refund shipping. You should not have to pay for an expedited shipment that was not expedited.

Miracle cream! Calms red, itchy skin, safe for finicky face. Applying light layers, 5 mins apart, rescues dry spots. Non-greasy base = perfect match for my skin.

Very fast fulfillment of my order

Very fast fulfillment of my order. Fabric is soft and has NO chemical smells !! Yay !!
My skin is having to issues with the fabric.
Some shirts I need to turn inside out though because of the inner seams. Fortunately these are shirts for sleeping.

So far, the only products that have given me relief. Still not a for sure diagnosis, but I resonate with the ideology and ingredients so far. Hope to keep healing and pass this healthy resource on to others. 🙏🏼 thank you

Wear it nightly and wash it daily

I wear my eczema suit every night and wash it daily or every other day in a hot cycle. I’m shocked at how well it washes - no pilling, no shrinking, still soft. It really does prevent me from accidentally scratching in my sleep and is a critical part of my eczema maintenance.
