Had a great experience with Dan and the crew. From the minute I walked into the showroom and they all welcomed my dog, I knew I was in the right place. Dan took the time to find the find the best fit for me. The delivery and installation guys were very friendly and took the time. Couldn't recommend enough.

A very positive experience. Eden were knowledgeable and informative in the show room. We were given as much time as we needed to think things over. When Dan came out to look at our place, that gave us a lot more answers and helped us to narrow down the choice. We never felt they were pushing us to spend more but more interested in us getting the right choice for us.
The day of installation was equally professional and went really smoothly. We are very happy with our choice - thank you

From the moment we walked in the showroom we were welcomed & knew these were the peoples we’d be buying from! They have been fantastic throughout and made the process so easy. Great service from when we visited the showroom to the day of delivery, the guys installed the tub and walked me through all the maintenance, enjoyed a dip the same night.

We met the team at the Royal Cornwall show and they were very helpful in explaining the differences between the tubs and so we left to have a think. By Monday we placed our order and everything was so simple after that. We provided a video of the access to the rear of the house and were advised to move some bits. Team turned up on time on the agreed day and the install process was made to look easy. The guys were all very friendly and professional. By mid afternoon everything was done and we had a clear explanation of how to use the tub. Couldn’t ask for a simpler more straight forward transaction.

We could not recommend Eden Hot tubs highly enough. Dan and his team were so helpful from the day we popped into his showroom to the day his team came to install it. His customer service is faultless Great local company. We are so happy with our tub and used it every day come rain or shine.

We purchased our hot tub at the end of January and are delighted with it. The team at Eden were very helpful and didn’t pressure us when we visited, and we were very pleased with the deal that we got. They are a friendly local business and one that we would thoroughly recommend.

From initial enquiry, through to purchase, delivery and installation everything was first class. Dan was always happy to take questions, even out of “ normal working hours”. Delivery was at the specified time and installation quick and efficient. Very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this company high enough. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we went to the showroom, making sure we chose the right hot tub to meet our needs without putting any sales pressure on us to purchase.
He carried out the home survey within a couple of days and then arranged for the tub to be delivered, it had to be craned over the bungalow which again all went off smoothly and was quite exciting to watch. We are absolutely thrilled with the hot tub and would not hesitate to recommend Eden Hot Tubs. Absolutely first class service.

I cannot recommend the Eden Hot Tub Team highly enough.

We initially attended their showroom near Redruth as something to do on a wet and miserable day. We found their showroom to be well equipped, with a wide range of Hot Tubs and Swim Spas on display.

Harry was the member of the team who was present that day. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. There was no hard sell and we were left to our own devices to choose the Hot Tub that suited our requirements.

There were no hidden charges. The listed price included delivery / installation, steps, cover and chemical starter kit. Harry also confirmed that they would be able to take away our old Hot Tub, free of charge, which for me was a deal breaker.

Such was our impression of Eden Hot Tubs, we paid a deposit for our chosen Tub there and then.

A mutually agreeable delivery date was confirmed. In the intervening weeks I had excellent comms with Dan (Harry’s father), who gave advice in relation to the base dimensions, electrical requirements and general installation logistics for our new Tub.

On delivery day the Installation Team (headed by another Dan) arrived punctually, and the new Tub was installed with the minimum of fuss.

There was a problem however, which was solely down to our water supply being from a bore hole. This resulted in it taking much longer than usual to actually fill the Tub, and the water was cloudy. I must reiterate that this was due to our water supply, and nothing to do with anything done by the Eden Team who were not fazed by this issue. They advised us what to do to resolve the cloudy water, and true to their word, less than 18 hours later the Tub water was crystal clear.

The service provided by the whole team was excellent from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Eden Hot Tubs, and will definitely be using their services again, when I can work out where to site a Sauna.

A five star experience all the way from the very start. We were unsure which tub suited our family needs but we were guided by Dan and his expert knowledge.
Fabulous communication prior to installation as regards siting , delivery access and electrical services needed.Nothing was left to chance , very thorough. On the day of install the full team arrived making it an easy installation. Nick gave us a very detailed and thorough guide through use of chemicals etc and helped set up for the first time. Very professional.
Fabulous service by these guys clearly a very efficient team.
Happy Wife= happy life and she’s very happy now. Can’t stay out of the tub it’s great. Thanks guys.
