I seldom leave reviews, in fact i think this is only my 2nd time to do so.
Always sceptical about purchasing online when expensive products.

Abdul and Keith - both have been A+ on every level from the enquiry to my final call a few minutes ago. I have nothing negative to say. Even the team that installed the Sauna - three men who did not stop and were very informative,tidy and polite.

Product is great. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there was a muddle up with delivery and the instructions are not clear enough

We are so pleased with our sauna. Such good quality. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. The installation team were very professional. Thank you!

We've just purchased a Leil Patio M sauna from Heracles Wellness.
I can praise Keith and his team high enough. From providing pre-purchase support and clarifying any questions I had to the installation and post-installation. Both him and Abdullah were there for the whole process.
We've also decided to go for their installation team and we couldn't be happier. They were quick, tidy and very professional. Overall we couldn't be happier with everything. Hard to find companies providing this level of service nowadays.

Everything was provided in the kit. We decided to put it together ourselves and so pleased that we could get advice when needed.
We bought the two man sauna and it provides good accommodation for two people.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company as they are contactable and genuinely interested in providing a service

Always wanted the health benefits a sauna offers and, after extensive research, I opted for the Herecles mini two person. Materials, price and included items made it very attractive. The sauna arrived on time closely followed by the team of installers, who I found to be friendly, professional and extremely polite. Sauna was built in about 4 hours and the team departed leaving minimal waste.
Not only have I now enjoyed the sauna on several occasions but it compliments and finishes my garden perfectly.
A big thank you to the staff at Herecles who offered advice and help whenever it was needed.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Communications were fantastic from before purchase to during and after construction. Any questions were answered quickly and accurately.

Please bear in mind if building yourself, you will need more than average diy skills. You will also need an impact driver, torx bits, hamner, rubber hammer, a jigsaw, table saw, wood glue, tall steps, clamps, paint brushes, etc

We are very happy with the sauna and service provided. It heats up in 30 mins and looks great.

Please ignore than bad reviews referencing the electrical installation. Heracles clearly state that it isnt included in the price and to consult with an electrician. I am an electrician and installed a new 32 amp circuit from the consuner unit in 6mm armoured cable.

Purchased a patio sauna, opted for pre-built and delivery which added to the complication of arranging hiabs etc. Great service from start to finish. Keith was always available pre & post sales for advice and info. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a Camilla 4person self build kit from Heracles. At the time it wasn’t in stock but as soon it was we arranged delivery for the same week. Build was pretty straight forward but we took our time to get the right treatment on different parts of the wood. Electrician connected it up yesterday and we had our first sauna last night- very happy with everything. They haven’t chased us for a review so this is off our own back but in this day, good service and products should be shared as there are lots out there that are doing the opposite. Previously we were let down by a company where we paid for a sauna in November 2026 and received only disappointment for weeks and months. Fortunately our credit card company refunded us and within 2 weeks we getting our sweat on! The information Heracles supplied particularly regards wiring up which is obviously something that you have to get right, was excellent and even though I didn’t need them (I am a builder by trade) I always felt help was never far away from the Heracles team.

Customer care is second to none. rapid response to my questions, even when I was being a bit of a numpty.
I paid a guy for 2 days to help me but no major problems as i have a good grasp of woodworking. took me another day and half to finish interior including treating all the wood
A slight problem with the door which isn't really resolved but I've got a fix and it's fine.

Sales experience was good though it was difficult to get a fixed delivery date. Information pre delivery & installation was poor. We had to chase to find out what cable to provide, how long it needed to be ect. Installation team was fine. very helpful.

A special thanks goes to Abdullan Yaqoob for his exceptional support from start to finish—nothing was ever too much trouble. He patiently answered all my questions and even arranged for me to visit a previously installed sauna, which was incredibly helpful in making my decision.

Finally, I’d like to thank the installation team, who worked tirelessly—even in the snow—to have the sauna fully assembled in just seven hours. Their dedication and professionalism were truly impressive.

I recently purchased a sauna from this company and I’m really pleased with the whole experience. From ordering to delivery, everything was smooth and well handled. The team was helpful and communicated clearly throughout.

We had several telephone conversations before ordering our sauna to ask questions and the process was clearly explained to us .The sauna was delivered the day the construction team was booked and all went smoothly.The team was very friendly , efficient and did a great job ! They left our garden very tidy after their work ! The only small initial downside was that the bucket ,ladle and thermometer were not in the kit - but after contacting Keith he arranged a delivery to us without delay.The need for an electrician was made very clear to us and even an instruction booklet included for how the wiring up needs to be done.Thank you to Keith ,Abdul and the construction team for such a great service 😃 The sauna is such good quality- and great fun too.

I ordered my sauna from Heracles Wellness on Sunday 15th February and was lucky that the exact model I wanted was in stock. Communication before purchase via WhatsApp was flawless—clear, fast, and reassuring.
After placing the order, the experience got even better. The sauna was delivered just three days later on the 18th of February. This was a huge relief as I had previously ordered a sauna from a different company back in October, was promised a four‑week delivery, and I’m still waiting with nothing but excuses—so my confidence was low.
The sauna arrived well protected, with everything included and clear instructions. I chose to build it myself and had a couple of alignment questions along the way—each time I got immediate, helpful responses. The quality of the kit is excellent and a real joy to work with.
Almost finished with the build now—another update to follow once completed. Highly recommended.

UPDATE
Finished the built and everything works as it should do. The sauna looks absolutely stunning and works perfectly getting up to 100 Degrees within 45 minutes with a 6kw heater. I am more than happy with the entire process. Especially when I had question regarding the built and the electrical installation, the guys were on there What's App immediately and did everything in there power to solve the issues/questions I had. The service and quality is out of this world. Thank you to everyone !
