I could not be happier with my Camilla sauna from Heracles.
I had been researching for quite some time until I found Heracles and placed my order largely based on the fantastic reviews.
But the true test of a business is when things go wrong - as they did for me, with the installation by a 3rd party contractor.
Keith monitored the whole process and not only alerted me to the issues before I had chance to complain but stepped in with his team to make sure the job was completed without compromise to both his standards or my total satisfaction.
Pavel and his highly experienced, knowledgable & efficient team left no stone unturned in ensuring this.
Electrics (already installed) were connected as they left and I was in the sauna, something like 10 hours after they arrived - fantastic.

I could not be more happier with my sauna and my choice of supplier, thank you Kieth - look no further than Heracles, you will not go wrong.

Great communications, very fast to respond. I purchased their two person sauna which was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble for any diy'er. All components are of good quality, highly recommended

Dont buy a sauna from this company. They will install it then you are expected to find an electrician that has sauna knowledge to wire the whole thing up. This is not made clear WHATSOEVER at point of sale. All they tell you is you just need an electrician to CONNECT it. We expected this to be the same as our hot tub and our swimming pool which was a simple connection that any local electrician can do. 3 weeks later I have no idea if the sauna is any good as no-one local will wire it up. Ruined my Christmas as we were expecting to be able to use it for parties around this time and new year. Avoid this company at all costs. Owner incredibly patronising on the phone when asked where the lights are supposed to go. ("Didnt you look at the pictures when you bought it") They dont even cut in the spotlights just give you them in boxes and expect you to cut holes yourself! If I could return it I would and get it from a proper company who gives their clients the full service. Avoid.

Fantastic service from initial contact to installation. Really friendly and so helpful, all questions answered and clear communication. Sauna itself is perfect and so pleased I purchased through HeraclesWellness.

I am truly so impressed with not only the product, the speed, and the quality, but there aren't many companies that truly deliver excellent customer services - and these definitely do. Not that I plan to buy another Sauna, but if I did, there would be no hesitation.

The delivery of the sauna was made on time and the driver put it exactly in the place requested. Similarly, the installation team arrived on time and completed the work by mid-afternoon. Everybody involved was courteous and more than willing to provide all the information that we required. Our electrician was able to wire the heating and lighting without difficulty and we now are enjoying the sauna. The choice of model was determined by space available and, although compact, there is more than enough room to fit two people comfortably.

I recently purchased the Saunasell Black Cube Premium from Heracles Wellness and have been very impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the sauna itself is absolutely stellar.

What stood out:

The customer service was excellent...questions answered clearly, no hidden costs. Delivery and installation were prompt and professional. The team made sure everything was in place. The build quality is superb. The black tempered glass looks amazing, the wood is high quality, and everything feels solid and well-finished.

Heating performance is perfect and powerful (9 kW), and the stones retain heat nicely. The optional features (WiFi control / LED lighting) make a big difference in usability.

Aesthetic and design are beautiful, the sauna is a show-piece in the garden, and the look is very modern and calming.

Minor notes:

The electrical wiring required more preparation than I initially thought because of the layout for our house, so I'd recommend speaking to an electrician to get an idea of cost for budgeting purposes as recommended by the Heracles team - who were amazing and contactable at every step.

All in all, I’m delighted with my investment. Heracles Wellness offers top-tier products and service. Highly recommended if you want something beautiful, powerful, and made to last!

After researching for 1 full year and going through possibly every sauna company in the UK, I stumbled upon Keith, Brian, and Abdullah. What an all star team, all the way through to their installation team. Not only were they kind and infinitely patient in the pre-purchase phase but this same professionalism continues even after completion. Every single other suana company lost me as a customer becuase I had many questions and ultimately they just decided I wasn't worth the time, but every one at Heracles Wellness actively made time and valued my custom. When other companies dodged questions about manufacturing details and certification of quality Heracles response was one of respect towards diligence. This was my personal #1 reason for buying from them. However, I will tell you 3 other objective things they exceed at: price point, balance of quality where it matters, and turn around time. So if you're anxious about having to wait months, or get a product that won't last, or get overcharged then look no further, you've found the best in the biz. They have a customer-centric business model. They have smart incentives and even a scheme where you can go see previous buyer's suanas. They don't cut corners or pinch pennies. They want you the customer to feel satisfied and this feels genuine from start to finish. Just give them a call and you'll see what I'm talking about. If there's one thing you don't want buyer's remorse about its a sauna. These guys will leave with buyers relief, and that's not even mentioning how you'll feel after the sauna session ;) Thank you Heracles for truly and holistically embodying Wellness.

Heracles outdoor sauna is of an excellent quality. The customer and ordering service was efficient and communication all with the company was helpful in answering questions and resolving any matters.

Love the Sauna, looks amazing. We had a few issues with a missed delivery and there was a piece which had a small crack. As the materials are natural, this is likely to be expected. Was giving good advice on how to install and treat any imperfections in the natural wood in order to extend its lifespan and avoid future issues.

Super helpful and responsive throughout the process, especially helping our electrician troubleshoot. Installation team were great as well, super efficient and friendly. Cant fault the experience overall, and the product (Black Cube) is brilliant too.

Camilla Traditional Outdoor Sauna Complete Kit 3-4 Person. Customer from East Sussex. On 23 July 25 my sauna kit was delivered and on 25 July 2025 it was assembled. I had great experience with Heracles Wellness. I chose them among a wide range of companies due to their great reviews, thorough information on the website, competitive price and great support through the purchase, delivery and assembly service. I had my initial chat with Keith on the website. He was amazing and really patient with all my many questions. This an expensive investment for my family and Keith was great to ensure understand all aspects of this purchase and warranty. Then, it was Abdullah who took over updating me on every step and booking delivery and assemly. I do not recall the name of the delivery person, but he was ever so careful and polite. The assembly team, Pavel’s team arrived on time and worked non-stop to put the sauna together. I really recommend assembly as it is hassle free service. I had my own electrician connecting the sauna which was quick. I might need to mention that the reset button on the heater may require some force as switch is stiff when you. We were afraid to apply the force not to break anything and the sauna did not heat up more than 49 degrees Celsius. We found the information about adding some force initially on support Harvia website. The sauna heated the first time in about 39-35 minutes to 90 degrees. We had a go with my family and it was AMAZING 🤩. We will be enjoying the sauna more often from now on as it has a lot of health benefits. My skin was rejuvenated after the session. We already applied the Tikkurila sauna protection oil inside out, as recommended on the HW website. It made the wood just slightly darker, cheek blush effect I called it :). Also added an extra pleasant fragrance to the wood. The wood smell inside the sauna is also great. All in all, I am ever so grateful to HW guys. I hope the sauna will work well and serve us many years of joy. I strongly recommend HW for being professional and supportive! Adding some photos to convince those who are in decision mode…. 😎

Great communication prior to, during and after the purchase. Excellent customer service. Delivery was swift and easy and the installation service was excellent with the team being extremely responsive and flexible.

Superb customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience. Great product, very pleased and impressed with the quality. Best price I could find. Built it myself, my electrician completed full installation in less than 4hrs. Great Sauna.

The real deal
Make no mistake, this is a premium product that gives you a sauna experience equivalent to that found in spa’s health clubs etc.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product and Keith and the team at Heracles were so helpful through the selection and build process!

Flawless experience start to finish. I was nervous buying online without seeing the produce however couldn’t be happier. Great service from initial enquiry through to completed install. Very responsive, great communication, very profesional and clean installers. In glad I went for the install service. I was on the fence but it took 3 guys almost a day to get the Camilla 2-3 person built. On trust pilot you’ll see a 3 star review. I am Glad I read this as did extra due diligence on the electrics. Heracles make it clear electrics are not part of the service so before ordering I had an electrician come and quote for the work. It was more complex as it has to connect to a fuseboard and mine is in the middle
Of the house. It cost around £500 to get this work done. But meant I was able to use the sauna shortly after having it installed. Very happy customer

The company is easy to contact- the order to shipment was well communicated. during the build we could contact the supplier and ask for information as required. The build is not difficult.. (two person) The quality is amazing and the after service commitment is fantastic..
