EdEx - Education Recruitment Reviews

George was fantastic. He put a lot of time and effort into getting the ideal new role for my career progression. I cannot think of anyone who is as good as George at what he does.

Ryan was a great help. He listened to what kind of school I was after and gave me great tips for my interview which meant I felt much more confident and at ease before my interview. There was always great communication throughout which made it a very easy process. Thank you!

Outstanding from the off. All three members helped me massively! Very professional and would recommend to anyone

I had such a good experience with EdEx! They found me my dream job and helped me with the interview and to negotiate pay.

Very efficient in finding a suitable role. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Although I used other agency but Ryan at EdEx was able to find one that was closer to home and a positive environment place work at.

I had such a brilliant experience thanks to my recruiter, Ryan Bingham! I had previously had Ryan’s help finding a job so I knew when it came to me looking for a new job I immediately contacted Ryan again. He was super attentive and worked so hard to find me schools that suited my values and requirements. Ryan secured interviews for many different schools really quickly and I was placed in a school within about a week of speaking with him. Ryan ensured I was prepared well for the interviews and felt confident before going in and gave me key information so that I was set up for success! Thank you so much, Ryan. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Ryan was so helpful in finding me multiple teaching jobs with TLR and if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have my new job starting in September at a dream school! He listened to exactly what I was more or less looking for and very good with communication.

Charlie and Josh have been amazing from the first phone call I received from EdEx! I secured a position I love very quickly, and their ongoing support has been so helpful!

Couldn’t recommend enough!

Ryan has been extremely helpful in finding me a permanent role in a school. From providing a variety of job options to helping prep for interviews, Ryan has provided really useful insights. Edex made finding a job so easy and the interview process much less stressful. Thank you Ryan!

Had a really positive, smooth experience with EdEx. Ryan Bingham handled me and within a week I had a job interview and job offer thanks to his efficiency, attention to detail, and being easy to reach at all hours of day!

Soon after graduating, I was looking for a job and found myself on Indeed. Shortly after, I was on a call with Charlie from Edex. She was incredibly kind and keen to help me find the perfect role in a school.

10 minutes after my first call, she had already connected me with Ryan, who gave me options, including a post in a school that ticked all my boxes. He was super reassuring and made me feel confident preparing for interviews.

Ryan and Charlie assisted me throughout the whole process and made everything smooth.

Less than a week after applying for a role, I had finished my interview and was offered a position at the school. Thank you to the team at Edex!

Outstanding teacher recruitment agency. I dealt with Ryan who was amazing, proactive, and in close contact with me. He found me a great role in a great school. I got exactly what I wanted. I have since referred other teachers to him, including three of my friends who got a new job through him too. Well done EdEx and Ryan!

Ryan went above and beyond in finding the perfect teaching job for me, aligning my skills and preferences with an ideal opportunity. When I decided I wanted to start a career in education, I knew I wanted to work within a school whilst qualifying. I was initially contacted by Maddie a day after I uploaded my CV, we had a conversation about what I was looking for. I felt instantly reassured and listened to. After this, Ryan contacted me about a school and a trial shift that week! I was prepped and felt ready for anything. Through constant communication and support I landed my dream job. I genuinely can’t thank the team enough and I can’t wait to start in September!

Ryan and Charlie were so helpful and made the process so quick and easy. Ryan didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had and was supportive throughout the interview process, would highly recommend!
