Amazing service at King Street Manchester store. Jean Luc is extremely helpful and professional and my suits are perfect. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was stress free, quick and I would definitely recommend.

Very strongly do not recommend.

The Bond Street branch made the bizarre choice to call me confirming whether I was planning to attend my appointment (I was), and in doing so take a strangely off putting tone. I'm not sure why they would expect someone to search for their wedding suit while being made to feel like an idiot.

Worse still, the manager then called me again and proceeded to explain why I was being unfair. I'm not sure why they think I'd want to continue this conversation by being chastised.

Own goal but perhaps reflective of the in-store experience.

I chose Edit Suits (King Street, Manchester), because they provide a full bespoke service. I needed a new suit and lightweight summer jacket. The suit came with an extra pair of trousers (included in the price) and I was measured and fitted by Jean Luc. He did a great job and my made to measure garments were a perfect fit from the outset. The beautiful Italian cloth looks incredible and I am more than delighted with my garments and the service I received. Thankyou.

Update post complaint see details below - so far back to the old Edit suits, I am still to get replacement trousers but they have resolved my concerns well done.

Wow what a difference a couple of years make arrogant lazy staff not taking measurements properly measuring clothing not the customer the results perfect fit to comedy clothing, how dissatisfied am I ? Sadly there isn’t a minus score. And I get to sort it out for them what service!

Edit Suits made my experience of treating my son to a bespoke suit for his birthday (January 2026) a truly memorable one. This was mainly due to the care and attention we received from Claudio Lavin. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and polite young man. He was extremely patient and accommodating whilst dealing with our numerous questions and requests. A real pleasure to deal with and we felt in very safe hands throughout the process.

We really looked forward to the experience of getting a suit bespoke made for my husband to wear on our wedding day. The initial process was great selecting materials etc but having asked for alterations to be made to the trousers and jacket when he returned to try the suit on/take it home for the final visit, the alterations had not been made - though they say they had. The sleeves were way too short in the jacket and back of trouser legs were baggy - both of which we asked to be amended. We had to travel for our wedding so the pick up appointment was rushed and nothing could have done at that stage to the suit. So disappointed. My husband looked gorgeous on our wedding day but the arms in the jacket look ridiculous and suit didn’t fit him well. Would not recommend!

Manchester team, Damian and Jean Luc….top class. Black Tie in extremely short time but with excellent result, Damian managed measurement so great that suit fits perfectly. I have booked another appointment for business suits and maybe more with less stress for it, this time.

I’ve been buying tuxedos and bespoke tailoring for over 20 years, having worked with some of the best in the industry, including Ozwald Boateng and Joshua Kane, so I have high expectations when it comes to craftsmanship and service.

My initial experience with Edit Suits was disappointing due to a series of issues with my tuxedo order — from incorrect measurements to material concerns. However, what happened next completely changed my perception of the company.

The CEO and founder, Reto Peter, personally reached out to me via email and took time out of his busy schedule to meet me in person at their Bond Street store. I’ve never had a CEO of any company go to such lengths to put things right. He listened carefully, addressed every concern, and took full ownership of the situation.

Through his actions, Reto has not only resolved the problem but earned a customer for life. This level of personal care and commitment to customer satisfaction is incredibly rare, and I now have full confidence in recommending Edit Suits to anyone seeking premium tailoring with outstanding service.

Currently awaiting the arrival of my double-breasted suit (hopefully next week) and fingers crossed that everything matches the level of customer service I have received thus far from Jessica (Tailoring Advisor) and Corinna (back office).

I have found Jessica very friendly and knowledgeable in terms of the fit and customisation, whilst Corinna has been helpful in liaising with the fabric manufacturer (Holland & Sherry) to ensure that I can have a suit made from the fabric that I had my heart set on. She has also been very communicative with regard to the progress of my order.

cannot rate this company enough. I had three weeks to get a suit for my wedding and they turned it around with two days to spare. The suit was perfect in fit and colour.

Excellent service, and great tailoring experience with an expert tailor.

Legitimately great experience. Bought my wedding suit from Edit. The experience was wonderful - from arriving and being offered bottled water, Radouane was funny, courteous and incredibly thorough. I got my wedding suit and shirt from here and thought it was going to be a bit of a headache but the process was made as hassle free as possible. The whole suit was completely made to measure and Radouane did such a good job, no amendments were needed. The suit is great quality and given it's completely made to measure, it's actually really great value and hopefully I've got the perfect suit for life. I even saved more because I was referred. Not one thing I could fault about the entire service and product.

I've really enjoyed ordering a suit from the Bond Street shop. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful and their advice has been spot on.

Jessica is the warmest suit consultant I’ve ever met, and Claudio showed my his professionalism and talents when I visited the third time. All staffs are great, place is nice. Had a great time at Editsuit!

Following a visit to their Leeds showroom, I not only have a new favourite suit, but three pieces of clothing that fit like a glove and that I will be able to wear for years to come. As for the experience, Wayne helped turn what could easily be a daunting process into an enjoyable tailoring journey. Great products and equally impressive service.
