Unfortunately, our packaging did not get your package shipped / delivered in a timely manner due to a fault between our systems (shop and packaging), which we are now in the process of clarifying.

Your order / package was therefore shipped December the 28th.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and extended delivery time.

Dear Sir,

I received my order and I received the Bill. I gave permission as you can see on the order slip for 22 euros.
I received through my bank a bill for 26.16. I do not acept this. Please get back to me and credit me back to my bank
the differance of $4.16 Euros. I do not want a store credit. I am very disappointed in this error. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

You should have explained this, i believe according to my receipt it's not acceptable explanation for me. So send me a return credit to my account or send me a return shipping label and return my money back. Very deceptive sale. Not good for business.

There is a difference in pound sterling (£) and euros (€).

On your receipt it says 22,00 £ which is the same as on the UK version of our website. This is a common way to do it when also dealing with British customers on a European web shop. On the German and Spanish version prices are shown in €. This is best practice and most common.

So you admitted the sign is euro. So since you did not explain the UK price,
It's unacceptable to me or anyone who is shopping. You should have explained specifically of the money exchange, was for UK. I would not have shopped on your website. I'm reporting this deciet. I did not have any knowledge of the UK money so I did not approve of the payment. If you want to have good business, you need to be up front with your your dealings.

We’re saying that there is a difference between £ and €. This is € (EUROS) and this is £ (pound sterling).
It is common practice to show prices in local currency and you placed your order on the UK WEBSITE. Therefore the prices is shown in £ (pound sterling).

On the German and Spanish version prices are shown in € (EUROS), on the Danish it is shown in DKK (Danish Kroner) and on the Swedish in SEK (Swedish Kroner).

That is best practice, the most common way to show prices on international online shops.

I don't agree. Because your email is for who ever enters into your website, so at the end for payment it should be shown clearly whats at stake on billing. I will be reporting this to the consumer affairs of your country. Its a pitty your not interested in seeing your error and gaining a customer. That is not the only issue, through out the whole charging, it also showed for new customers, 10% discount which your web site offered and finally nothing. Poor service and very bad attirude.

We’re just following best practice which as said before is the most common way to show prices. This is standard and has been used for many years now all around the world when showing prices on international websites.

Regarding the discount to new customers. As it also says on our website, customers has to sign up for our newsletter and then you’ll receive the discount code.

You then made a complaint to The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) under the European Commission and finally ended out using your “Right of cancellation” we adviced you to do in the first place disagreeing on € (euros) and £ (pound sterling) for the matter of 4.16 euros.

It was a matter of principle and we didn't do anything wrong.
