Pricy shipping costs.
It’s extremely frustrating that customers are required to pay more than $30 for two‑day shipping with no alternative options. And to make matters worse, the delivery almost never arrives within the two‑day timeframe. Customers should be able to select the shipping service that fits their needs, especially when the medication isn’t time‑sensitive.
