My tutor was great and calm, I don’t have confidence when it comes to maths and to pass with a high percentage is a confidence boost I didn’t think I’d be able to achieve.

Jessica was an amazing tutor who helped me so much she always told me to keep going even when I was struggiling thanks to her I passed my maths and english within 3 months

I had the best experience while preparing for my Functional Skills exams. My tutor, Katherine, was extremely helpful and always recommended the best answers to any questions I had. I also enjoyed studying using the Pass Functional Skills platform. I gained in-depth knowledge from there, and the sessions were short enough not to bore me, yet well structured and clearly laid out for study. I would highly recommend this course to everyone, especially if you have such a supporter as Katherine Lightley.

Very supportive, good communication

From start to end I felt well informed and supported, I am very happy with how my tutors Marika and Vicky helped me through my revision sessions.

The tutors are so helpful and have so much patience , they helped me every step of the way and I gained so much confidence throughout my learning I passed my exams first time! I was absolutely rubbish and hated maths but now I feel so proud of my achievement!

My tutor Katherine L is amazing! Where others have failed to teach some aspects of maths she has got through! Her recommendations of other videos to watch or just suggesting repetitive questions to help embed the knowledge has helped massively. The Pass Function Skills wasn’t having a huge impact and I was struggling with the formats of the questions (being too wordy) Katherine suggested I tried Highfield Core, this suited me much better. I was able to complete mock exams and her mark and feed back to me every other week building on the incorrect answers each time. She is a wonderful and patient person who really gets the best of you. Thank you!

My tutor Katherine Lightley was always professional and helpful. Katherine answered emails almost immediately and our zoom catch ups were very helpful throughout my learning process, and just before my exams.

My tutor was so helpful to me, and really supported me in my maths, which made me pass! I am so grateful and relieved :). My tutor is such a lovely lady, and we both get along really well, as she creates a calming environment for us to work in.

Excellent support from my tutors Emma & Gill, they where happy to explain anything I did not understand fully and supported me step by step, and they kept me up to date with any changes. Only thing I would have liked was that there was some face to face session, but the Teams sessions were good.

My experience with education and skills has been amazing!! My tutor Rachel has gone above and beyond to help me get to where I am today ready to take my final exam. Rachel has been amazing and has been so support and helpful with me. Any work set if I am unsure Rachel has helped me and given me further guidance until I am 100% sure on what I am doing.
