Education and Skills Training and Development Reviews 

As someone who has a learning difference and has not studied for many years, moving back into learning was a very daunting challenge. There were many times that I simply thought, ''I cant do this, I'm not good enough'' but with the support of my tutors and the constant encouragement, I have pushed myself to be the best version of myself possible.

I honestly do not believe I could have gotten this far without their constant support and believing in me, even when I didn't believe in myself.

I am very grateful.

I completed my Level 6 Careers IAG qualification through Education and Skills Training and Development company, as a part of an apprenticeship through work. I worked with Emma Espinall, who was my tutor throughout this process and she was honestly fab! She worked hard to make sure I understood all the information and topics explored. She was patient, kind and worked with me when I struggled to juggle work alongside assignments. She always went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this service, particularly Emma to anyone doing the same Qual.

I had a good experience with Educaton and Skills Training and Development, after having been part of other trainers that weren't as supportive, Education and Skills stayed on top of everything and provided me clear support when asked. Jessica, my tutor was really good and helped me to improve my functional skills. She gave me motivation to achieve a Pass in my English Exam. Jessica was a great mentor.

WARNING FOR EMPLOYERS!
The teachers push employees to file formal grievances and to take organisations to employment tribunal. Unless you want to loose your employees and find yourself going through tribunal, AVOID!

AVOID AVOID AVOID.....

I can't fathom how poor of a company this is. They mis-sell you a course, change tutors on you 4/5 times, they don't mark ANY work, they cancel meetings at the last minute and the general contents of the course is extremely poor. The website is reminiscent of a 2004 site. Their "expert" tutors never seem to remember where you are on your course and hold weekly meetings just to hold THEMSELVES accountable. They hassle and hound you for work they "forgot" to set and they even make you re-do work that they "lost".

If you complain, they get defensive and turn it round on you.

If you like wasting your employees money and time then this is the perfect course for you!
