Edwardmeeks Reviews

Having bought a pair of (relatively expensive) ladies shoes, I was very disappointed that I was unable to return them as faulty, despite the fact that they were taken back to the shop within 24 hours of purchase. My request to swap the shoes for a different pair was refused due to the fact that I had worn the shoes and that the manager did not consider that the shoes were faulty. My complaint was that the decorative buckle on the front of the shoe was causing injury to my foot within hours of starting to wear them. It is important that other customers are aware of this policy in case they experience similar problems with this shop. Having requested a means of escalating the problem within the company, I was told that I would be given the same response but was welcome to try it. As you can imagine, I won’t shop there again and would urge others likewise.

Fantastic shoes at a great price. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

First class, communication when a problem occurred and a nice pair of happy socks!

Ordered a pair of Cheaney's. Meeks were very helpful and I would most definitely use them again. However the reason I did not give them 5 stars was the fact that they posted my shoes in the original box without an outer protective box just a plastic bag. So the box was badly damaged. This may sound petty but when you buy shoes like this it's nice to keep the box in good condition.

On the spot service, excellent service and price!

Absolutely brilliant!
Simply cannot fault - the best prices around, delivered promptly and no postage costs.
This is the 2nd pair of shoes I have ordered from Edward Meeks and won't be the last.

Excellent Service, quick delivery
Great price as well
Would highly recommend

The customer service is unparalleled. Bought a pair of shoes on sale for already an extremely good deal but the service was still excellent. John was quick to send me a personal email to thank me and responded to all my queries really quickly. Delivery was super quick (within UK). Will definitely look to Edward Meeks first for any further purchases.

Great shoes and service, and a free pair of socks, what more can you ask for!

I'm very delighted to acquire the item at a competitive price like nowhere else. Quick delivery and item was delivered as described. Now, I'll definately browse here first before checking others. Thank you
