Edwardmeeks Reviews

Great product and price. Next day special delivery - fantastic service. Nice shoes as well - my first ever pair by Church.

The whole order process was excellent. The goods arrived very promptly in packaging which was in very good condition.
An added bonus was the complimentary shoe horn and pair of socks. What a lovely touch! Well done indeed.

Ordered a pair of Church's in their sale, when they arrived they were 'subs'. Immediately contacted EM who could not be more apologetic - they are what they had received from Church. Not only did they order me a new pair from Church direct (honouring the sale price) but they ordered in a colour they'd sold out of and refunded my postage. You can only judge an online retailer by how they deal with issues. EM are first class and I will be back.

Great customer service, communication and attention to detail from young man Josh. Shoes were delivered next day, perfect condition, even the box! I highly recommend this shop for online purchases..... engage with confidence!

Very good deal
Very fast delivery and excellent shoes

Excellent customer service. Resolved issues promptly and cordially. Follow up care was most helpful.

I am very happy with service and product. Great shoe selection, great prices and delivered on time.
Excellent seller,

I ordered a very nice pair of Barker shoes which were despatched almost instantaneously and arrived the next day. An added bonus was the free gift of a pair of 'Happy Socks'. Fantastic service!

Product good ... delivered quickly but tracking the parcel difficult as no tracking number given

Absolutely brilliant. Beautiful shoes at an extremely competitive price (half the price of John Lewis) and good delivery. First time I've used this company and very impressed.
Thank you!

Extremely pleased with Edward Meeks, the service cannot be beaten. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new footwear.

A company i will return too.Excellent service.

Great service, will use again, thank you.

Excellent prices. Excellent service. A joy to buy from.

Good service but wasn't able to tract purchase as stated on email.

The item arrived quickly, the only problem do I realise is the lack of contacts (no telephone number) and no answer to my emails. When arrived I realised that instead of as written on the Website, 365 days for return, the shoes shall be returned (if on sale) in 14 days maximum. Edward Meeks, shall update the website about: 1) delivery countries (no European countries); 2)return policy. The shoes are original and perfect. Very good price, 4 stars only for the above mentioned points.
