Ordered a ghd hair straightener - the price was very good for a recent model so honestly I thought it might turn out to be fake 😂 and after reading some reviews I thought maybe there would be shipping problems or long delays or some kind of problem. On the contrary, the straighteners arrived pretty quickly and no delays. I even registered it on the ghd website - to check if it was genuine - and it was completely fine - actually genuine! Definitely would order from here again cause it seems you can get the genuine products relatively cheap ^^

i ordered 4 routers last Thursday, had an email to say order dispatched with tracking information via DPD, when you track the order it says that DPD have received an order but not the parcel from eFones.com. when i called to cancel it they refused because they said it had been dispatched. called twice now and still waiting for a call back. still without refund or items

I ordered a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer, which arrived the next day, which was brilliant, The hair dryer is fantastic, but on the advert it stated that there should have been a paddle brush and comb in the order too, which there wasn't. I emailed efones about it, and never heard back. A poor service.

This is the second router I have bought from eFones and again they provided a top class service and lots of good advice

I believe i was scammed. I paid for my airpods 3rd generation. I still have not received them. I check on DPD tracing it says for two days they have received the order but no parcel! Disgusting!

Ordered iPad online during New Year holiday. Order confirmed and money taken from bank account. When nothing else heard for 2 days, emailed eFones who quickly replied and offered apologies for delay due to holidays. Next day received another email saying iPad had been dispatched. Received next day. Would recommend eFones and use them again.

Excellent service delivered within 4 days from order being placed. Great communication too we knew exactly when the product would be delivered.

Quick delivery good product

Initially installing on EE was challenging as I have a tplink deco system through the house. Solution appears to be set router as bridge and assign a ipv4 only profile as default on the router. Once I did that speed through house is twice that of standard ee provided router and Internet is more reliable. This is on the Huawei b628

My order arrived quickly and packaged well, the website offers a decent range of products and good payment options.

My order did take a little longer than next day delivery, however it does state on the website that this may currently be the case - and my tracking / delivery information was accurate.

I contacted customer support for an update, however they did not respond. I assume this was because they dispatched the item and sent over the details in the meantime (which answered my question!).

Ordered a PS5 on Saturday, arrived Wednesday in very secure packaging.

Sent an item with missing pieces. Tried to contact numerous times but had no response whatsoever, also called and promised callbacks - again nothing. Be careful with the company due to aftersales being non-existent.

Very quick delivery. Only problem was there wasn't a fragile sticker on parcel. The delivery man put it through the letterbox. Not his fault. He obviously didn't know what was in the parcel

I didn't receive a sim tray tool, everything else is good

Early enquiry resulted in no response.
Despite this I still made my purchase.

Easy to order, competitive price, came next day except I was too slow to get to the courier at the door. Reorganised fur deliver to a collection point.
Overall a good experience.

Ordered a new phone via e Fones on 29 July, paid next day delivery charges, initially email cme through saying phone will be delived on 2nd August, then its cancelled. No further update, send an email to customer services, no reply and tried to ring customer services over the weekend no reply.... My phone was delivered today. Customer services contacted me via email and given refund for delivery. They explined in detial regarding mis communication. I was initially disappointed, however i would recomend this company, good communication with customer. Fully satisfied
