Ordered a Speedlite from eglobal which did not arrive

Ordered a Speedlite from eglobal. Received message to say it was on its way. After 3 days it disappeared off the system. Sent an email to ask what the problem was. Received a reply to say they would contact courier and get back to me. After 7 days I wrote again and received a similar message stating that they were awaiting a report from courier and they would contact me when they had an update. After many email and 28 days later and having received no reply I contacted Paypal and requested a full refund. Pay pal were very professional and efficient. I received an initial reply within 12 hour and they said they would contact the company and get back to me. to cut a long story short the eglobal refunded me the full amount into my PayPal account. Still no sign of my Speedlite. I will never order anything from eglobal again. Their customer support is very poor. Well done to Paypal.

beaucoup de mensonges..

Oui, je suis totalement d'accord, c'est inacceptable...Il y a 2 semaines j'ai reçu un objectif photo (660€) avec un défaut usine dans l'optique, donc à peine déballé j'ai envoyé un message pour un échange...

Depuis cela fait 2 semaines que je me bats pour me faire entendre..J'ai reçu quelques réponses, "on s'occupe du dossier" et "envoyez nous une vidéo du produit"...etc...etc...des mensonges...
J'ai essayé de contacter la page Facebook pour communiquer plus facilement...Là on a bloqué mes commentaires et mes messages privés...Je leurs ai bien mentionné que l'échange de cet objectif est urgent car je dois faire des photos de mariage...mais rien à faire..!!!....
Sur le site d'achat, j'ai essayé de trouver un numéro de téléphone...mais non mais non, le système téléphonique pour les joindre est en maintenance...
Pourtant, je suis une bonne cliente car j'ai acheté mon appareil photo, mon téléphone.. mais là je m'aperçois qu'ils ne sont pas sérieux quand il y a un PB...Je suis furieuse..et il est certain que je ne commanderai plus rien chez eux, mais en attendant j'attends l'échange de mon objectif...!!?? Si ça ne bouge pas je vais allez voir une union de consommateur, aux douanes.....car si vous creusez un peu sur le web, vous pourrez voir qu'il s'agit de ventes frauduleuses...Nikon France me l'a confirmé...Ainsi si vous ne recevez pas votre marchandise c'est qu'elle a été saisi en douane et là et bien eglobal ne vous renverra pas un autre article...ça fait parti du risque....!!

Does not honor return policy

Bought a camera and noticed a group of dead pixels and 2 other individual ones. They agreed to return it. After an "inspection" in which they didn't look for the problem stated, they said it was fine. After more back and forth emails, they claimed they could not find the 2 individual dead pixels, only the group and they claim the group is only one dead pixel. If that were so, it wouldn't be visible to your eyes as soon as you turn on the camera.
They require 3 dead pixels for DOA.
An individual pixel measures .06mm
That means there are close to 500pixels per centimeter.
If you can see it, it's obviously a group.
They quickly lost 3000 dollars in fuji sales. Never shopping from them again. If you're looking for grey market camera equipment try e-infin.com. havent had a problem with them yet..

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase from eglobal say goodbye to your consumer rights!

I implore all potential customers of eglobalcentral (UK, EU and US) to read the reviews before purchasing! The reviews do not lie – check out the number of 1-stars!! They have a consistently awful customer service which is an absolutely horrific experience. Once you have passed the purchase stage where you hand over the money, don’t expect any level of service and if you ever need to claim on their worthless warranty…give up!

We purchased a Bluetooth speaker for my brother’s birthday. It stopped working after just 7 months. For those who want the short version, we now have paid our money, have no speaker, eglobal central are refusing a manufactures warranty replacement OR a refund, so we have contacted our credit card company to pursue eglobal on our behalf (lucky we used a credit card company!)

For those who want the longer version, after it stopped working we were asked to make a video testing the speaker to prove it didn’t work. We were then asked to return the speaker (at our postage costs)…….4-5 weeks later after much chasing we were told the speaker was indeed faulty and would need to be repaired………a further 4-5 weeks later (again after much chasing) we were told it could not be repaired. We were offered a “re-conditioned” alternative model that was inferior. After searching the internet it was clear the reason they were offering this alternative model was because it had a major design flaw; it had reviews all over the web stating it did not work after relatively short periods, so eglobal we palming off their surplus junk stock to us. They also informed us there would be no additional warranty would be provided.

We declined the replacement given we were still within the 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, we asked for a replacement or a refund. I figured there is no reason why eglobal could not just get a replacement from the manufacturer so should not be a problem. This was also refused……. I ask myself why they did not do this ………and conclude it is highly likely the speaker we originally purchased was already a re-conditioned when we bought it (mis-sold!) and therefore the manufacturer’s warranty was void.

I genuinely suspect this company is buying up all defective stock, repairing it and then selling it on to consumers knowing these are sub-standard parts.

So now the company have refused to give us a refund or a replacement, even though fault is within the manufacturer’s warranty period. They have our money, we have no speaker, and have had months of aggravation. The customer service is all done by email and there is no way of contacting them by phone to express this dissatisfaction.

Despite this company having an .co.uk address, it is based in hong-kong therefore does not follow UK consumer protection laws. I notice that it also has .eu and .com addresses so this company is clearly global and I would be wary of assuming the honour consumer rights in these countries either.

Poor customer service

Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me.
However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. I found it particularly poor that they denied the request immediately without even looking into the matter or accepting return of the item to assess it. Instead they took a long time to respond to any communication and each time rejected the claim and said it was my problem.

Moral of the story is that they may be cheap but you've got to hope that nothing happens to your product as it is more than likely that they will not honour the warranty

Eglobal.eu : bad experience, UPDATE : with happy end

I ordered a UV filter diameter 77 mm together with a couple of lenses. A 82 mm filter was delivered. I contacted eglobal about this. They keep on denying that I ordered 77 mm filter. When I check my order in my account it clearly shows a 77 mm filter. Eglobal is unwilling to rectify their error. The alternative is to use the return policy is disappointing as well. They charge 18 € fee for the filter to retrun it ! (eglobal case 90034877)

UPDATE :
After further insisting on the claim page and enough patience I got finally the wrong filter correctly refunded including 20 € for shipping cost.

The worst company I have ever bought from

Ordered a camera for what seemed like a fairly good price, only to be told 10 days later that the camera was "out of stock". In 2 more weeks, my money was refunded.

Their customer service was very poor, as I had to ticket them to get a response.

Overall, a very poor experience, stay away from this company.

Betrügerisches Unternehmen

Vor einigen Jahren existierte das Unternehmen in Berlin, am Potsdamer Platz. Verwunderlich, dass diese über 30 Ecken sich in Hong Kong niedergelassen haben, so dass die Gewährleistungsfristen, Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag etc. unterlaufen wird.

Fakt ist, dass dieses Unternehmen nicht in Deutschland existiert.

Ich werde alles dafür in meiner Macht stehende tun, dass dieses Unternehmen von der deutschen google.de Plattform verschwindet, sprich: beispielsweise von der Bundesnetzagentur abgemahnt und gesperrt wird.

Excellent service will certainly use again

I ordered a Canon EOS 760D camera body from Eglobal on 6th November 2015 and it arrived via DHL on Monday 9th November to UK destination.
Delighted with the service from both the supplier and delivery company. I was very hesitant to use, as I have been stung by another Company in Hong Kong but my son-in-law was happy with the service he received from a few months previous and I would certainly recommend EGlobal for service and price. Many thanks.

Stay away

I Have tried to cancel my order with them the last 4 days and 5 mails. All you get is a copy/past saying that they have closed the dispute.

Please note that despite the name Eglobal Central Europe, the company ships from outside EU, this means that in some country's you will have to pay local tax and fees.

NEVER ,NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Sent back a set of Shure headphones after a couple of days after the debacle of four copies and two copies of five pages just to send back. I asked for replacement s , then they tell me they are no problems, so why after a few day request a replacement send the earphones with 14 pages , must have been for giggles. Then top hat on it. Pay an extra £25 to get broken headphones back or I won't get them.
Please read this and never buy from them. They don't answer questions they don't listen to what you say. But they do take your money.

KEEP AWAY THEY ARE NIT WORTH THE HASSEL AND COST.
HORRIBLE COMPANY NO CUSTOMER CARE.

Brilliant Company eGlobal.eu

I bought my new canon eos 5dmark lll and I am so happy I went with eblobal.eu they were brilliant once they had verified who i was. My camera came in a few days with tracking and this time I bought shipping insurance it was a lot of money, All was delivered in time and so very well packed and a big shout out to markus who dealt with me, I bought two more lens from eGlobal one a sigma 18-50 2.8 and a 40 mm lens a few months back and had a great experience buying them as well Thank you EGlobal.eu for everything, regards bp.

Ottimo imballaggio a prova di caduta, confezione della fotocamera integra perfetta come tutti i componenti, subito utilizzata con soddisfazione già ieri pomeriggio.

Comunicazioni via email veloci e precise, meraviglioso Traking della Fedex.

Prima dell'ordine, ho dato la mia email ed ottenuto il coupon di 5,99 Euro per cui ne ho approfittato ed ho utilizzato la spedizione di base (Economy) ma assicurata, totale costo 401,99 Euro.

Seguendo il traking la merce é partita il 12/08/2014 da TSUEN WAN HK, poi GUANGZHOU CN, NEW DELHI IN, DUBAI AE, SOMMA LOMBARDO IT, 17/08/2014Dogana LONATE POZZOLO IT, 18/08/2014 SETTIMO TORINESE IT, 18/08/2014 CUNEO IT.

Perché mi é arrivata il 21/08/2014 ?

Semplice, perché la spedizione era di tipo Economy, tenuta in deposito fino al 21/08/2014 e consegnata.

Quindi se siete ansiosi o esigete velocità non usate l'Economy.
