Great choice at reasonable prices. We know from having had a previous freezer box from them (sadly lost😢) the quality is first rate.

Very slow dispatch. If you are going to need over a week to package and post the coolers be honest and state this on the website. You clearly stated item in stock so it down to you to dispatch in a reasonable time. Very poor and has put me off buying an igloo product now. Igloo you need to check up on your UK distributor.

I did it all online but the coolers I ordered arrived in 2 days via FedEx in good condition and ready to go. Am looking forward to putting them to good use for my events.

I bought an Igloo Minimate about 25 years ago from Robert Dyas so I could take a packed lunch to work.It still does the job although a bit scratched and battered. It now has a small crack in the plastic, so ordered the retro Igloo Playmate. If it lasts anything like as long as the first it will be more than worth the money (and most likely outlive me!)

I wanted to purchase the igloo trailmate in graphite and spoke to Matt in March 2023. Have since spoken to igloo UK and Matt has left. Tried emailing the US and DM'd them and nothing at all. Their products are great having owned one in the past, and want to buy but feeling a little bitter , after customer service wise UK and US

Trustable company, fast delivery, vey good products.

Initial experience was not great as 2 staff members involved effectively dropped my order and ignored my chasers. However Matt picked this up and bent over backwards to resolve - massive thanks to him for all of his efforts, although FedEx were definitely the better of the two delivery companies!

After having a really bad experience with another company, I rang igloo direct and luckily got through to Matt, he was so knowledgeable and helpful, really went above and beyond to help. I can’t recommend this company enough, and huge thank you to Matt for saving the day!

This was a negative review (text remains below for clarity) but Igloo Coolers UK have since been in contact and stepped in to get the order back on track and it arrived the following day. So happy customer now as cooler arrived which is all I wanted.

Taking ages to send out items.

Called customer services to check progress of order on 04/07, they are still packing things ordered on 28/06 and I'll just have to wait until they get to my order!

If you need something quickly i.e. in the delivery times started on the website - maybe shop elsewhere.

Had an issue with my order then got a call from Matt who resolved the issue straight away and to a very satisfactory standard.
Would recommend this company 👍

Fast efficient service

There was a fault with the cooling packs I ordered. Igloo called me, and subsequently replaced them straight away. Brilliant customer service! A+++

Great Customer Service, called up to find out about where my cool box was - needed it to arrive today and it did!

Matt was great - would recommend and use them again. Hopefully not too soon though, the cooler looks like it will last a lifetime!

Great product, great service. Really appreciated the after sales call talking me through the product and the range.

I ordered an igloo cool box and needed early thr next day as travelling. Matt rang me to check what time I needed it. Anyway no one knows more about cool boxes than Matt!! Was so helpful and I ended up getting a larger cool box as well!!! He rang when item was dispatched and it arrived at 830am the next day! Service like that is a rare find these days - I absolute won’t hesitate to use these guys to buy whatever they sell that I need !!
