thanks for your review, I checked your order and found that you pay with a bank transfer, and it's clearly mentioned on the website and in our terms and conditions that bank transfer is not an automatic payment method and must be verified and approved by accounting department from 15 to 90 min and also we found that you received the code in 60 min.
so nothing delayed than what is written in the terms and conditions you accept it while placing your order and this is also explained to you when you placed your order so maybe you missed to read the notes of bank transfer.
instant delivery is for instant items also written on the product page and when pay with credit card and for regular verified customers. new customers still need security check to avoid fraudulent activities.
