Thanks Amr for your usual feedback appreciate it, As we usually try to improve our services and to have a world class services I just wanted to clarify that you can always select instant delivery products as there is a label on the product image and a badge on the description showing that the item is instant which mean for returned usual customers you will receive the code instantly and automatically after paying with credit card. also for other items if it have 15 Min delivery label and written on the description badge that it's not instant and it should be delivered in 15-90 min during working hour it mean to expect the code in 15-90 min during working hours from Sun - Thur from 11AM to 11PM.
Regarding the prices we are doing our best to have best prices rate in EGP and we are the cheapest in Egypt. If this rate still high compared to global market then you can switch the currency on the website to USD to buy with face value or with a very small slippage of face value

To illustrate the reply below what I experienced from the site specially it the first time to deal with it and it is an intangible item I tried to contact you by writing over the WhatsApp with no reply till I tried to phone you with no reply but I got a reply over the WhatsApp. Second thing I requested the card in Euro with an exaggerated price which was acceptable to me to be provided in 15 min. from confirmation which took quite time and if it’s preferable to be processed in USD as illustrated in your reply then it has to be written on the card description.

Regarding whats app messages usually replying to messages, emails, Facebook messages is not instantly and this is normal in our human life specially when you are replying to a huge amount of messages daily also we are using whats app business in different devices to cover this amount of messages and this is completely separated from phone calls. so for replying to your message on what's app with 15-20 min I think it's normal specially when we had an auto message mentioning that.
for the second point still it's written clearly that it take from 15-90 min to deliver the code within working hours.
