Cannot get a hold of customer service
Well the first time it wouldn't accept my card whatsoever the second time my card was charged and and did not receive a digital download whatsoever then it got refunded a few days later with no explanation I emailed three times to find out what was going on and nobody even got back with me email they just refunded it but they didn't tell me why

Hello Christina, We are really sorry you had a refund for your order. I checked your orders and history of emails and found that your order has been refunded due to a security reject from Mastercard gateway.
Usually they didn't mention the reason as it's an automatic score inside Mastercard gateway but you can try another card with 3D secure and don't use a VPN.
Regarding emails, and as it's written on our website that response to emails is within 48 hours or less as emails can't be instant way of communications due to the volume we do. also we do reply to your email and told you that the refund may take from 2-14 days depend on your bank processing time. you can check your spam, junk folder for our emails if it's not landed in your inbox.
