My uncles just passed away and I was told I was the executor of his will, I called up the hucknall branch yesterday to enquire about the will... I was called back a few hours later and told that they are no longer dealing with the will as it was taken back from them in 2023.... so today I spoke to the solicitors again just to enquire about it again...

I was called back by the same woman I had spoken to yesterday for her to be rude towards me stating I am not the executor, her attitude was appalling towards me, she wouldn't let me speak, always spoke over me... she was extremely rude.. and when I asked to speak to the manager she put the phone down on me.. I tried calling back a few times but they wouldn't answer, I had to contact your bulwell branch who apologised for what i just had to deal with and they gave me this email.so I could forward my complaint.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout which i find is rare and Liz Collins, Jodie Bruce and the team were absolutely superb. My house move wasn't straight forward but i felt in safe hands throughout and overall i am really pleased with the service I received. Would definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends.

Sheltons Solicitors were really handy in helping me navigate through the hitches of getting our new home. Heather and more prominently, Jodie were very professional in carrying out their duties and I will recommend them. Jodie was in the forefront of making sure we get the best deal available.

Re-writing our wills with Sheltons Solicitors, Hucknall as our original wills were done with them 14 years ago. Nicole Palmer was very helpful in explaining how to express our wishes legally and checked with a senior solicitor to make sure to include everything was exactly right. There were a few errors in the drafts which were amended when we went to sign the final documents. Very pleased with the service.

Heather Arme was efficient and professional. The transaction went smoothly and was completed in time. I will definitely use Heather again!
