Unfortunately this site is a scam, I ordered 2 Outdoor rocking chairs which I never recieved. Even though there tracking, which does not work said they were delivered. I contacted them only to be told they be delivered, couldn't say what transport company or who signed. I requested proof which never arrived. I requested a refund and was given the run around for 1 month. To date I still have not received a product or refund.. The email address I had is now not connected.

SCAM! I ordered the vibration plates item never arrived and now their website is down and emails to them bounce back.

Attention arnaque j'ai commandé sur leurs site j'ai payé la livraison très chère pour que ce soit rapide au final grosse arnaque la livraison a durée plus de 1mois le suivis est très bizarre il indique livre signé on ne peu pas faire de réclamation je sais meme pas qu'elle fausse société a livre ce colis imaginaire ils vous proposent de remboursement ridicule de 30% apres négociation ont étaient d'accord sur 70% de remboursement et maintenant l'adresse email est invalide c'est une honte

Hi....I ordered a vanity desk from your company,I was waiting tracking my parcel for 1 month ,and after 1 month it was saying that was delivered ,I never received anything and when I tried to contact your company for information I couldn't anymore reply to you(i was bloked).I was very disappointed because I spend the money and I never received anything, and I couldn't communicate with u from the moment on tracking it was saying delivery....Shame on you company if u treat the customer in the way

This company is a big lie ,a scam !!!! My order never delivered of course , emails back and forth for refunding the 50% which i did not accept it as i requested whole refund back.Now my emails returning back see below the message!!

I have bought the corsair xeneon and I haven't got the item in the 14 days as stated. I emailed the help email and in 6 days I got a response saying the product got lost in transit but I haven't even got tracking number so this got the at the end of texting back and forward they ended up blocking my email or deleted they own email.
Don't buy from this website if the prices look good you will not get your item

You are thieves and fraudsters...you don't send the goods, you can't get a refund...one bunch of fraudsters...I gathered 68 people who were cheated and there will be a class action lawsuit.

Their tracking shows package delivered. I didn't get it.

Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito. Ho ordinato due lettiere per gatti a inizio dicembre 2025 e, ad oggi (17 gennaio 2026), non ho ricevuto nulla.
Il servizio clienti è stato a dir poco evasivo: sostengono che il pacco risulti consegnato, ma quando ho chiesto la prova di consegna (firma del ritiro e nome del corriere), non sono stati in grado di fornirla. Invece di risolvere il problema, hanno iniziato una sorta di "trattativa" al ribasso degna di un mercato:
* Inizialmente mi hanno proposto il 30% di rimborso.
* Dopo le mie proteste, sono passati al 50%.
* Infine, sono arrivati a proporre il 70%.
È inaccettabile che un cliente debba pagare per un errore del venditore o del corriere. Non accetto rimborsi parziali per merce mai ricevuta. Ho diritto al rimborso del 100% o all'invio immediato dei prodotti acquistati. Ad oggi, nonostante le promesse, non ho ancora visto un centesimo.
Statene alla larga!

I ordered 2 Apolosign 32' UHD 4K SMART PORTABLE TV.
it never arrived but the tracking was showing it has been delivered. I don't know why they are allowed to advertise on tiktok deceiving people . I AM GOING TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER .

Disgrace. Same as everyone else. Paid for item. Told it was delivered. Offered 30% refund. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL TRADING??????? HOW CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK???????
