2 times received emails saying the goods have been delivered but nothing comes

I bought the foldable 3 screens for my laptop online. The order was in transit for 6 weeks and when the status changed to delivered, I was surprised because I was at home and didn't receive anything. Then I checked here and yep!!!!! As everyone else here has written, it's a SCAM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!.
I payed for a sofa chair and was given tracking etc just to finally be told after more than a month that it had been delivered...except it hadn't!!, I never recieved my order!.
Now they're saying they'll give me a 30% refund...
Not good enough. My experience seems to echo everyone else's experience unfortunately and I hope that no one else gets scammed by these people!.

Had tracking information and everything. Said it was delivered. It wasn’t. Messaged them loads of times only to be ignored. Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.

this is a scam company, do not order anything, I've ordered portable TV on November 2025 and I was waiting for six weeks to be delivered but they said your item was delivered with unknown carrier, do not waste your money, report this company as a scamer.

I ordered a Frozen Drink & Slushie Machine. The tracking showed delivered and signed for, but I never received anything and no proof of delivery was provided.
The seller refused to give carrier details and instead offered only a 50% refund, later asking for extra payment to resend the item.
This follows a clear scam pattern.
Avoid this seller.

SCAM. I got a delivery notofication after 4 weeks but there was no delivery.

It’s scam the website call eithtj.com i ordered recliner chair two months ago they send me tracking number DDGYL22305322YQ The tracking company call track718 the day of the delivery never arrived I checked through the tracking company showed my order was delivered haw can be it’s tow big box when you deliver parcel in that size you should have evidence such photo in signature cause came from china I contacted customer service to find out where my parcel went they tried to denied than after many attempt they came to realise I was right because I have evidence that to parcel never reached my home thanks to my cctv camera.I requested refund they tried to negotiate with me I will receive only 25% of my refund I rejected than they to refund me the full amount accepted the delivery which is £9 I’m still waiting for my refund which I did not receive any very time I email them they came with other lied you will received it this week it’s been a more than month I did not received anything yet I will copie all the email I received from eighth.com so anyone can see the scam this company cause to many people I encourage everyone who can right more reviews in social media an network to stop this scammer from hurting other.

I wanted to buy from here but I just saw the reviews and I don’t know now if it’s legit or a scam I wanted to buy a vanity but the reviews are saying don’t and the owner said it’s legit so what do I do????

Only giving 1 star as I have to give something. Ordered the beginning on November (10/11/25) and for weeks it stated “order on way”. But now it states delivered a date and time but I have not actually had it. Someone was home the day they say it was delivered and I have a camera and no one delivered it. Now company won’t answer my emails!! Stay well clear… DO NOT BUY from them!

I ordered for the very first time off tiktok and had the unfortunate chance that i chose a scam site and only realised after I didn't get a confirmation email,I checked trustpilot afterwards and seen everyone's reviews so I will not be holding my breath to receive my order..I'll be checking the reviews before I take a chance like that again

They are scamers they are showing you on the tracking platform your parcel was delivered and is a scam and they are not answer to the email🤮🤮🤢

Hi they told me my item would be delivered 4 weeks ago, and im tracking it from china, and was in my home area, so I emailed them and Katie Bell said they have done a investigation that it will take 3 working days, which will be Christmas eve, so i've been robbed. Where's Ombudsman when you need them to investigate a dodgy company.

Its a scam, i ordered the carpet cleaner, tracked it - as other say just a scam all the way. Said it was delivered and signed for but no proof and when i asked for the delivery company details they offered me 50% refund. Doubt I will get anything back. They also asked me to give them $15 and they will deliver another in 25 days. Total scammers - lesson learned never ever ever buy anything from Tictok.

I bought a monitor and this took 1 month to arrive, also I have been following this parcel since then, when it came to UK after a while show delivered no any information about where, which delivery courier, no photo evidence nothing at all this create a problem and embarrassing, from this experience please do not do business with them bunch of scammers behind the line
