A young and bold company with excellent service. Communication is very good. Honestly, I haven't found such good service among companies in this sector. The only downside I could mention isn't the company itself, but Brexit, which will significantly increase the final price for buyers due to customs duties. That said, an excellent company.

Zero Quality Contol.
I corrected 2 mistakes in the booklet and re-ordered cd's. One photo was cut off at the head and the last name of one of the musicians was not capitalized. These two errors were not corrected and they booklet looked exactly like it did the first time. What a total waste of time.

The vinyls arrived as promised.

The vinyls themselves play perfectly and look professional.
The condition and reproduction of both the music and the artwork is very good.
Overall I am incredibly happy and any problems I have had (damaged sleeves) are nothing to do with ElasticStage I'm sure.
Overall an easy well designed website, easy to use, easy to manage and with a fantastic end product delivered on time as promised.

The service they offer is not bad but…
The service they offer is not bad but expensive so its limited to how its gonna work for both customer and artist. There idea is good but they really really need to fix there web site. I've been trying endlessly to create a new password and its failed time and time again. Just wasted half an hour of my valuable time. I am sorry its not good enough if you can't get into your account then its a waste of time. Don't bother with them unless you have time to waste. This is not the first time either I've been trying to get in on previous nights so I have been patient with them enough now. I've got better things to do with my time then this.

GOOD STUFF, BUYING OPTIONS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
The product was good ,sound is quality. but you can only buy three things at a time so I had to make separate orders with separate shipping costs ,which is stupid, also made a mistake and ordered a cd instead of a vinyl, I emailed elasticstage and tried to correct, but they wouldn’t fix, so triple check if you have to. also I think there should be an option to follow an artist when new stuff comes out or an option to inquire with the artist. other than that shipping was good and packaging was good, nothing was damaged. Hope this helps , cheers !!

However, after receiving a better copy in less than 2 weeks, free of charge, I give Elastic Stage 5 stars for their outstanding service and communication. The option to order a single album/CD or bulk copies of either is great, especially at a reasonable rate. I got one 12" record with a full color jacket, pressed for the same price of a 7" single record from another company with generic white sleeve. Talk about getting more music for your money. Whether if it's an album for your catalog or something to scratch off your bucket list, Elastic Stage is a great place to get your vinyl pressed.

No compromise in the quality
I received my vinyl of Principal Character's debut album Madness in the Method exactly when promised. I was impressed with feel of the sleeve, the marvellous artwork was well served by the quality of the card. More importantly the record itself was as professional quality as any I own.

No problems at all. When we need their support they response the most fast they can, because not every time the package arrives at time, and they try most of the time accelerate and see what`s going on in short time! The platform to create the vinyl or cd is very easy too, the simple way is the best, don´t need to use advanced techniques. After we create for example the vinyl we can clone for cd, we can edit any time our works, take off the releases for example. If elasticStage continues work like that, we have a service that many artists looking for to use it, in a long time!

Very quick response to the issue
Very quick response to the issue. Took a few transactions with the staff but the problem was at my end. A purchased album had a couple of minor defect on 2 separate songs and tried to send a video but you weren't able to open those due to my ineptitude on my phone. The rest of the album sounded great so very happy with that. Also, very happy with the quick responses and the solution with a new album being sent.

Discovered these guys through a fellow Bandcamp user and noticed they were selling CDs. Looked into it, singed up, uploaded an album and artwork, it was very easy to use. I love that a guy making left-field electronic music as a hobby can find a company that would enable physical product. Customer service was great too!

over the last year i have Released 4 Albums through Elastic stage
they may not be the best Albums but they are my words all mine . yea i use AI for the voices and music but you get out what you put into your songs.
So when i started using Elasticstage i was amazed how easy it was to make an lp & cd.
try it you wont regret it!
my music is for me and a few family and friends but be it one Album to a whole batch its not a problem.
i did have a problem last week of my own making, i had spelt my own name wrong lol
but the guys helped me change things as i had Locked all the info in.
have confidence in Elasticstage
but more importantly have FUN!
