Seamless Upload Process with Clear Communication
The digital asset upload process was remarkably smooth, though it does require a measured approach. I found that taking my time over several days was beneficial for ensuring quality, and I highly recommend a patient mindset for the best results. To ensure accuracy, I had my files peer-reviewed by several colleagues before finalizing the submission.
The communication regarding fulfillment has been transparent; I have been notified that my CDs are scheduled to ship on March 5, 2026, and that the vinyl order is scheduled to ship on March 23. I look forward to receiving the final products and will provide a follow-up assessment on the manufacturing quality once they arrive.
UPDATE #1: The dispatch date has moved to March 30th for the Vinyl and March 11th for the CD.
I DO NOT see that as a problem, as this company is doing things that no other firms are doing at a very comparable price.
UPDATE #2: Very impressed. I had a question about correcting one of my mistakes. I was contacted within 24 hours (via email) with instruction how to fix my issue. I went to the FAQ's and followed the instructions, and once again, outstanding! issue resolved!!!

There is some Risk of spending money…
There is some Risk of spending money needlessly.
Don't order a test copy which is as expensive as ordering the finished product.
Learn from my mistake. in my case it proved worth while as there were some issues with a few tracks so i had to clone the original album in order to make changes. Quite a time consuming process which can be avoided. Ill touch on this later.
Understand that the royalties per copy are minimal compared to the cost of the album or CD. Purchase price per copy by fans of a vinyl version at the low end will run $60 inc shipping, for canadian buyers.
Production is excellent but in effect the production cost is passed onto the consumer. Each album purchased is produced on demand. The wait period measured in weeks can amount to about 6 weeks plus. Based on my experience living across the pond.
If you can afford bulk and are sure you can sell them it's a better deal over all.
So based on my experience be sure to study and listen to the tracks carefully before hitting the release button. Take the time to learn the process fully as it can be daunting to navigate.
Use the best and most current desktop or laptop you can and avoid cell phones or ipads. Why? You will have trouble running the processes needed to generate your release. Example uploading song files may not work and you may receive errors like file not 16 or 24 bit. I resolved this issue by using my desktop iMac where everything worked fast and efficiently.
My older Windows laptop was useless.
Quality is exceptional compared to older technologies used in todays market. Read everything you can thoroughly before hand on the website.
You are doing the bulk of the work so make it count

I do not recommend this. I placed an order for several products over two months ago and to this day the orders have not been fulfilled. This is a faulty partner. They’ve already tried to push a discount code on me for the second time — when I haven’t even received my first order. A complete disaster. Avoid at all costs.

Inconsistent Quality Control
I recently used ElasticStage through Soundcloud to produce 7 albums from my label. I ordered a copy of each and sorry to say was disappointed of quality control. 3/7 albums sounded good and overall good pressing. 4/7 had pressing defects, hissing noise (you could see defects visibally on vinyl) at the beginning of tracks , pops, crackles and other artifacts. 1/7 was seriously a problem.. loose cables to their press or something, totally distorted all tracks.
Update 3/24/2026. The company responded and offered to replace the 4 albums and would be"flagged for additional quality checks". I received the albums 4 weeks later. 2/4 replacement albums had audible surface defects. I again contacted them and they sent 2 more replacements within 2 weeks that were acceptable.

Have Not Received Product Yet But Setup Was a Cinch!
I have not yet received the product but setting it up was pretty easy as far as the process goes.Cover art needed some work on my end. But I was able to get through it. So, so far it was an easy good experience. I ordered 2 Test copies on January 11th. The invoice says I will not receive tracking information until the 30th. I live in Florida USA. I'm guessing it will be a full month before I receive my CD's. That being said I'm looking forward to receiving my CD's.

communication I've experienced , with odd minor issues , has been helpful usually resolved within 48 hours
turn around time for production is not perfect so I'd suggest allowing an extra week or two for delivery , especially if you're an overseas buyer
