My representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Been using them for more than a year for payment processing and the system works smoothly overall! When I've had issues, I can reach out and ask for help and the team is able to solve things.

Jessica in customer service was wonderful. A delight to talk with her! I hope Elavon recognizes her value to the company. (The company itself is questionable....)

The employee checked all possible resources to resolve my issue. It required more digging, and she was so patient and cleared understood the issue.

I worked with Kalan Morris today - she stayed with me and was extremely knowledgeable in working through my issue. We have 4 locations in the Portland, Oregon area and I needed to change the phone numbers on the receipts of all four locations.

Anthony demonstrated superb customer service. The fastest ever when calling Elavon, which is what we need after verifying our account. He was able to retrieve a voided credit card for me quickly and walked me through changing the setting our batch report to a detailed summary. I really appreciate great service, thank you so much Anthony!

I needed a LOT of help and Roslin was so patient and so clear. She was calm and promised we would get it done and just go one step at a time. Whew! All done... I am one happy customer

The customer service rep took care of the initial concern and then suggested having a review done on the account to see if any savings are available to us.

Horrible company. They treat their loyal customers horrible. Took 70k out my account with no notice. They are also holding 10k of my customers money. Stay away!

The devices did not work and cost my business thousands. Elavon continued to take fees out of bank account and when cancelled sent my business to a collection agency. Elavon also never deposited funds the devices did work for to bank account. The entire staff is useless.

Out of the blue one day my rep at Elavon calls me one day and says we want to verify your transactions are genuine by randomly calling customers. And so they called one customer and the customer happily confirmed the genuine sale. The next day I get an email from Elavon that my account is suspended. ALL my funds in my checking account approx $20,000 were transferred to Elavon. I keep calling them and emailing them with zero response. They have taken my money and won't even respond on why and when they will return my money. When I apply for other merchants they tell me Elavon has reported me on the Match List and they cannot give us services either.

This is the most pathetic company of merchant processing in the world. Avoid them at all costs. They are there to ruin and scam small businesses like myself and make money off our our own hard earned money.
