VERY DISAPPOINTED but not about the product.
UPS 'won't ship to a PO Box'. I'm a starving grad student who wants to work with RPi5 and don't have a solid address. Your website didn't mention this. Further, UPS has had my package for 10 days and instead of giving me an option to reroute it, they sent it back to you. Causing me to start all over.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for your order, only to have it returned without a rerouting option. You’re also right that the PO Box shipping limitation should have been made clearer during checkout.
Unfortunately, UPS cannot deliver certain shipments to PO Boxes, and once the package entered the return process, rerouting was no longer available through the carrier. That said, we understand this situation could have been handled better and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We hope we’ll have the opportunity to make this right for you and help get you started with your Raspberry Pi 5 project as smoothly as possible.

The customer service was not my…
The customer service was not my favorite , I placed an Order and after about an hour realized I forgot to add something so I messaged them as I did not want to have to pay shipping twice, especially since shipping was more than the actual item but they told me it was too late already and didn’t offer any type of accommodation to add to the order. Fast forward a few days later product didn’t ship yet and had to reach out regarding tracking info which they later provided. I think they could’ve accommodated my purchase especially given the delayed shipment but with all that in mind, The product was good which is most important. I’d probably shop here again , I would just be a little extra cautious when purchasing to make sure you got everything you need in one order.
