After I submitted all my information I then got an email saying I had to give even more information or my order would be canceled which made it to make a horrible waste of time time being one of our most precious commodities so here's your one star get your act together

Well, the order was delivered quicker than I expected. Yet, I asked support to cancel order within 10 minutes from issue) as I found the product cheaper and closer (Leading to much cheaper shipping too), and the request wasn't fulfilled.

I placed an order and have been sending…
I placed an order and have been sending emails every day for the past three days, but no one is responding. It's impossible to reach anyone. Their website says that if orders are placed before 2 PM, they will ship the same day. But not only have they not shipped, they're not responding to emails.
Edited!! At this point, I strongly believe they are scammers because they still do not respond to my emails and they are not answering phone calls either.

The delivery was excellent- on time and accurate. The product is worthless. It's great if you just want to use pre-made models but if you want to build your own forget it- next to impossible and 0 support.

Thank you for the feedback, and we completely understand your frustration.
The Raspberry Pi AI HAT+ works very well with the supplied inference demos and supported Hailo models, but we appreciate that building and compiling fully custom models can be significantly more complex than many users expect. In particular, converting models into Hailo’s HEF format currently requires a fairly involved Linux-based toolchain and is not always straightforward for unsupported or newer architectures.
We did respond directly with several official resources, community guides, and setup recommendations that other developers have found useful when working with custom model compilation.
For anyone considering this hardware, it is best suited to users who are comfortable working with AI deployment pipelines and Linux development environments, especially when moving beyond the prebuilt examples.
We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps set clearer expectations for future customers.

You really should respect your customers better. I wrote you over and over asking where my pimironi screen was and you just ignored me. For over 30 days you ignored my three polite emails. That really hurt my feelings. I will be giving you a zero stars. This is extremely rare for me. I would have waited politely for years if you had given me a good enough reason why it was taking you that long, but being ignored??? Absolutely unacceptable. ***EDIT:*** (responds to my bad review in ONE f day) now im pissed.
