If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a battery and instead of fulfilling the order, they ask me for my card information AGAIN! After refusing to give my card information for the second time, they just sold my information and I had to cut my card off because I started getting fraudulent charges on it. Scam company.

There was an initial issue but everything was cleared up, I had no issues with the delivery. Overall everything was great!

Shipped quickly, but this version of PLST30SC-D30 does not seem to have the tab that allows for the zip tie to release.

I needed a relatively hard to find battery and I received a quality replacement in a timely manner.

Electromaker made this process effortless and a quick delivery. Where other large online Smiley stores took over 3 months and I never received the product for my build. I learned a lesson go to Electromaker first .

Parts in stock, discoverable, functioning when received, & shipped promptly. It's not a flashy review, but it's what I want when I'm shopping.

Horrible, horrible product packaging!!!! Who on Earth ships any sort of electronic (in this case a pc module component) loose in the box to bounce around in a anti-static bag without any sort of bubble wrapping, paper padding, styrofoam padding, or some sort of proper protective cushioning!!!! This causes dead-on-arrival products!

In addition:
I ordered this in-stock product on May 14, 2026 and paid extra for UPS 2nd Day Air only for it to actually ship (leave their location) on May 16, 2026 and later be delivered on May 19, 2026. What a waste of money paying for upgraded shipping that was!

After spending at least a whole day troubleshooting to get it to work, no matter what I tried to get it operational, the Bluetooth module did not function and multiple reputable online sources pointed to it being a damaged/defective card. The only conclusion to come to is that it must have been internally damaged in-transit due to Electromake's improper packaging/lack of proper protective packaging and unfortunately for me, something within the card ceased to work or just flat snapped, broke, or something.

You do NOT just throw one of these loosely into a box in a anti-static bag to let it bounce around, vibrate, experience shock(s), etcetera, on extremely fast moving conveyor belts and the obvious rough handling they unfortunately go through via any carrier! You should know better! Especially with electronics! This shows a lack of care and possibly just another cost-cutting corner!

I emailed them on May 20, 2026, literally the next day after delivery and after all the troubleshooting I endured, and to this day, May 26, 2026 in the evening, I have not received any response from Electromaker.

Their "customer service" is a scam, a facade if you will; if they won't reply to you in 1-3 days, they'll NEVER bother replying to you!

Find a real reputable vendor that actually ships promptly, packages properly and with caution (especially for electronic components), and actually engages their customers!

Lesson learned: STAY AWAY FROM electromaker.io

They only care about your money and nothing else from my honest first and last experience dealing with them!

I have the emails and tracking to prove my timeline of events, their untimely shipping, lack of proper protective packaging (pictures and video taken before and during the unboxing when I was able to hear and feel the product tumble around in my box from handling) and the complete and utter lack of customer support to not even bother replying after seven (7) days and counting!

They did a great job helping me find the right connectors. Thank you

I chose to pay for 2 day delivery and they waited a day and half to send my part. It came late because of that and I had to make other arrangements. I communicated to them that I should be reimbursed for the expedited delivery charge and they never responded. They really don’t care after they’ve collected your money.

One of my devices (adafruit esp32-s3 tft reverse) came with a cracked screen. I emailed support but didn't get a response.

Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. This was my first purchase with the company but everything was as listed and the process was easy.

After I submitted all my information I then got an email saying I had to give even more information or my order would be canceled which made it to make a horrible waste of time time being one of our most precious commodities so here's your one star get your act together
