Easy UI and overall shipment is quick. I've compared this to other companies and Electromaker is by far the cheapest. Its great!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience
I had to place the order twice. The first time, it got stuck in their system as “credit processing,” even though I had paid with my credit card. Only a $1 charge was made, and no one contacted me for two days, so I had to call them. They asked me to place the order again, but the same thing happened: another $1 charge, no communication, and the cameras were never shipped. After five days, I canceled the order. To date, I have not received any communication from them whatsoever.
I’m not going back and forth about this. I did not have any declined transactions. No one followed up with me, and when I called about the second and third orders, I was told they were being processed. They remained in process for days and were never shipped, so I cancelled them.

We are sorry for the frustration and the lack of timely communication.
Your first order was cancelled after your bank declined the card. The two subsequent orders, placed using the same card, were placed on credit hold and were cancelled at your request.
The $1 entries were temporary card authorization holds, not completed charges. They should be removed automatically by your bank now that the orders have been cancelled. We only charge for an order when it ships, so you were not charged for the cameras.
You contacted us on Friday, August 7, and received a response on Monday, August 10. We understand that the delay left you uncertain about your orders, and we should have communicated the payment issue more clearly and promptly.

Easy web page to navigate. Price is perfect for items. Especially for paired items. Only issue is have is the size of the box. 5 pairs of jst wires would fit perfectly in a small padded envelope.

I found what I was looking for very easily and the price was great. I had looked at other suppliers and was overwhelmed with too many filters to select products, and higher prices on product and shipping.

I repeatedly hit 504 Gateway Timeout…
I repeatedly hit 504 Gateway Timeout errors in each step of the checkout process -- it must have been 8-10 instances between the cart page and the final order submission: between cart and shipping, between shipping and billing, between billing and order submission. Added to the .io top level domain and the fact that I had never heard of the business before, I legitimately wondered if I had engaged with a spoofed site that was collecting my details for fraudulent activity. It would not surprise me at all that you lose tons of conversions with that experience: I felt I was being extraordinarily patient and persistent to get through the full checkout.

The $1 charge is a temporary card authorization used to verify the payment method. It is not the full order charge and should be released automatically by your bank. We only charge for the order when it ships.

The parts I ordered were just what I needed. The parts were delivered in a few days. But, I was disappointed that the cost of shipping was so high. The parts plus tax only cost $1.97 and weighed less than an ounce. But, the shipping cost was $8.49.

Electromaker had what I couldn't find anywhere else
I'd been looking for a B10k dual pot for quite a while. I needed the small size. I couldn't find them. I finally found them at Electromaker albeit with an integrated on/off switch. No problem, I can remove the switch. Now I had installed an eBay pot in a "make it work" way because it was too big. EBay pots were very iffy. They were inconsistent and scratchy. When they worked it was only for a short time (less than a week). So I removed the switch from the one Electromaker stocks and installed it. Perfection. It is smooth and clean throughout the entire sweep. I wish I'd found you guys sooner. My vintage stereo system is back to sounding astounding.
