Needed 10 Pico II's fast for a project
Needed 10 Pico II's fast for a project. These came fast, very fast, shipped from TX actually. I have ordered a lot of Pi's in the past, but none came even close to how well these were packaged and protected. Amazing service. I will be ordering all my micro-controllers from them in the future.

I was curious about your company and I still don't quite understand it. But your order came through just fine and quickly so no complaints.

Good Site with Backend Server Issues
The checkout process timed out at least 3 times during the process and it showed an HTTP 503 response, pointing at Azure API Gateway Service (I recognize that is probably timing out talking to your backend, but it offered no insight). I almost gave up on the purchase because of that, so I suspect others are giving up.
Separately, after successfully completing the purchase, a modal screen appeared and waited for it to occur, but then it went away and I was left on the purchase screen. Thankfully the email arrived confirming the purchase (and I can see the classic $1 placeholder charge on my card).
If both of these issues were addressed, this would easily be a 5 star review. You all have inventory of the MacroPad 2040RP base board (and enclosure), but no one else does.

I had a great experience ordering from Electromaker. I needed a replacement Quik Shim for one of my Raspberry Pi projects, and the ordering process was quick and straightforward. My order shipped fast, arrived well packaged, and everything was exactly as described.

the company is not responsible at all. They refuse to deal with the shipping issue caused by themselves. I am quite angry my items never get delivered even though I already paid extra money to get second day delivery

I had a very frustrating checkout…
I had a very frustrating checkout experience. My order total was around $203, but when I attempted to pay using my Discover card, only about ₹94 was charged, and the transaction went through or not i have no confirmation. There was no clear explanation of what happened, whether the order was placed, or whether the payment failed. This has left me confused and uncertain about proceeding with the purchase. The checkout and payment process needs to be much more transparent and reliable, especially for international customers. I hope the support team can clarify the status of my order and improve the payment experience.
