Ordered a product but it appears can't or wont shipped it. Emailed the company multiple times but completely ghosted. It appears you have to challenge them through your bank to get a refund.

Slow and over complicated order process

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you found the ordering process slow and more complicated than expected.
I've looked into your order and can see it is an international shipment to Mexico containing products from several different manufacturers. Orders to certain destinations are sometimes placed on an export compliance hold while we complete the required checks before dispatch. Although this can add some delay, it helps ensure we comply with international shipping regulations.
We appreciate that this isn't the experience you were hoping for, and we're continually looking at ways to make our ordering and verification process as smooth as possible while still meeting these requirements.

The order was cancelled because the product contains hazardous materials and could only be shipped using a Ground service, rather than the shipping method selected. Unfortunately, the product then went out of stock before you were able to reorder it.
