I received a wonderful w829 sony TV in a great quality. Customer service was brilliant. Delivery guys waited until I tested the TV and everything was fine with the TV and I was satisfied only then they left. I strongly recommend Electronic Empire.

I ordered the Panasonic SC-HC19 music system and am really pleased with it. The sound is fantastic and it looks really good; sleek and compact. I can play CDs or slot in my MP3 player which is great and there is also a radio. Would highly recommend this item and also Electronicempire for the quick delivery and excellent price (it was the lowest price anywhere on the internet). I will certainly be using this company again. Ordered a samsung ex display supposedly in perfect condition smart 32 inch led tv. Ordered online and despite being informed it would come next day it only arrived 8 dsys later. That involved my first two ignored emails. Finally phoned and spoke to someone who could not have cared less and told me they did not deliver to Scotland. Surprise surprise it arrived next day to Scotland . Unfortunately it arrived damaged. I called and was told to email pix which I did. I also emailed another twice inquiring about returns method and costs. I specifically asked for confirmation that return costs would be refunded. No reply. I reverted to phone and got same impatient and unhelpful staff member assuring me that they would refund costs. So £26.60 later..... Three weeks later...... 5 emails later ..... 2 more calls with mr I could not care less and still no postage costs refunded ...... The item cost was refunded two days later but if I ever see the postage costs I will be very surprised..... Absolutely dire service, dishonest, unreliable and underhand . Steer very clear .

I bought a Alba Tv full HD TV, which came with free postage, delivered late. after turning it on on the same day the tv came as faulty. I complaint to the customer service and was asked to send it back and I was told that money will be refunded plus the postage. once reached they said they have found no fault and has refunded the TV price without any postage. When I asked them the how it was not faulty they did not answer. Now it more then a month no replies and they have not refunded any money. customer service is very bad still waiting for refunds. rude people running this site. Please never ever buy from such people.

I phoned ahead to check availability of stock as I am not local. Drove to Birmingham to collect the item which is excellent and cheaper than anywhere else in the country. Also bought a DVD player as the prices were so low.

I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I will also be back when I need a bigger tv for the lounge later this year.

Avoid like the plague! Sold me a microwave that was so badly damaged the door would not shut properly so that it emits radiation! Refused to answer emails and are breaking the law by forcing buyers to pay hefty return costs when they are liable for these. Should not be allowed to continue to operate!

I purchased my bedroom TV from this company over a year ago and they were very efficient on the delivery it came the following day. I used them again recently and again it came the following day. The TV was brand new as stated and not a single mark on the outer packaging. 5 star is a must for this store.

i purchased a new tv from this store they had the best price around so i chose them, the tv came within two days of placing my order not bad for a company i have never used before.

Moving to a new house I thought I deserved a new TV. I saw this model and searched the web for the best deal. I did wonder why there was such a price difference on this site to others. I spoke to the guys in the shop that explained all and although large objects don't automatically get next day delivery they do try their best. As I am moving they guaranteed delivery between 0800 - 1000 the next day. True to their word 0830 my new TV arrived this morning.
I was unsure due to the few negative comments but I was given honest reasons to all by the guys in the shop.
Once again excellent service & I would definitely order from them again.

I bought the fantastic Samsung UE40F800 TV from these people and the price was around £200 less than anywhere else. Unfortunately, I was one of the one in ten thousand unlucky people. One hour after turning on my new TV it went pop and never worked again!

I called Electronic Empire and they gave me a number for Samsung to call to get a replacement code. I called Samsung and one of their technicians, ascertained that the TV was definitely broke. They gave me a code number which I gave to Electronic Empire (all same day). And within five working days they (Electronic Empire) came down to Torquay, picked up the faulty TV and gave me a brand new one. Highly impressed

Ordered a microwave Sunday morning, at half of the price I could find elsewhere on-line. Order quickly confirmed by e-mail, followed by a call from courier later that afternoon, giving an estimated delivery time. Arrived next morning as promised. Very happy with the product and free delivery service.

Website states: Next day delivery - item NOT received next day - had to contact them to get it delivered late.
Item was advertised as NEW - package showed signs of being opened; sealed with tape; cable and remote batteries missing from item; Item was NOT new.
Customer service terrible; do not reply to emails; no-one answers phone;
Still waiting for refund - Court action being taken.
ROGUE TRADERS

Most online retailers (in my experience) are very good at listing when goods are out of stock. Electronic Empire made me go through the entire payment process (including some unspecified security problem with my card, which my card issuer assured me was not at my end) before sending an apologetic email telling me the goods weren't available. That's a big waste of my time, and I do hope they won't process the payment. Better keep my eye on that...

Very Bad service from Electronic empire. Order monday for Guarenteed next day delivery. Didnt receive on Tuesday so emailed but got no response. Called them up and was told wasnt actually in stock but would receive thursday, they didnt make any kind of apology for misleading information. Again did not receive finally arrived Friday 4 days late and 3 days after the birthday the present was for. To make matters worse I reviewed on a different site and they complained and got my review removed but I will be providing the proof so its reinstated

It's a 50" LG plasma and was described as ex-demo but came perfectly packaged and indistinguishable from a new product. The price was £40 below the nearest competitor, they phoned to confirm a delivery time and delivered on time. Would definitely use again. Very pleased.

Called looking to purchase a clearance ex-display TV, and was told of better offers I hadn't even looked at. Ordered the TV Friday at 3.00pm and was told delivery would take place between 2.00-4.00pm pm the next day (Saturday) at no charge.

Turned up at 2.40pm exactly as promised. Can't fault these guys at all - the customer service was brilliant with them calling me when they had said they would, giving me the information they said they would, and delivering when they said they would.

Delivery was super fast and cheap!
