Good website, quick and accurate online help, quick and easy delivery, and good price.

Bought a Yeti item that isn’t being sold at Yeti’s website. Just a specific color that is no longer being sold. Of note - item was even cheaper than what Yeti is selling the item for currently. Item arrived very quickly & in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Placed an order on line on a Sunday because it was last one they had in stock - was Monday and still no word when I could pick up order. I called numerour times and was told I had to wait for a 3rd party verification on charge. Late Monday they cancelled order. I called the Jones Valley store (where I had placed order for pick up) spoke to Jeremy - he physically looked for unit - found it and set it aside for me and I picked it up and paid with same credit card the 3rd party "couldn't verify" - Jeremy was GREAT - made a bad experience good. Their online ordering is junk - go in store in person for good service for horrible customer service use their online ordering - those people are just rude.

They sent out package then sent it back. But still charged me 600 dollars for item they knew they couldn't deliver

I ordered something I was very excited to receive and after 6 days I reached out inquiring about when it would be shipped and only then was I told that the item was damaged and couldn't be sold. I asked if I could see a photo of it to assess the damage myself and was told it was thrown away. I would have liked the option to see it and purchase it anyway because I wanted it that badly. The item is very hard to find. I am suspicious about whether or not it was thrown away. I would have liked to have known when i placed the order that it wouldn't be completed.

Very disappointed with the whole experience of purchasing microwave. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing or saying. One star is still too high of a positive rating.

Shopping experience was without any issues and / or discrepancies. Fast shipping. Items arrived as described and they were at a great price.

RECEIVED TV BY UPS. OPENED BOX AND NO REMOTE CAME WITH SHIPMENT. CALLED STORE AND THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME A REMOTE.

The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and placed the product exactly where I wanted it to be located; all I had to do was unbox and plug it in. The product also arrived in a timely manner, and the person helping me arrange the delivery time was friendly and helpful. I would use Electronic Express again in the future solely based off these two people, but the price of the freezer was also the best price I could find.

I give Electronic express five stars for shipping quickly, price, quality of product, and having options.Definitly looking forward to buying again from you all. Thank you.
