Appalling delivery company

At this point in time I still have not received the item I ordered.
The delivery company cainiao is appalling. They pretend no one was there to receive the parcel. There is a caretaker and a bell to call him. It is impossible to contact cainao despite sending several mails.
I am very disappointed .

The size guide is not correct

The size guide is not correct, I made the order depending on it and I got a wrong size, to return the order back or exchange it. I have to bear the shipping charge which is higher than the product itself as I'm outside US.

I was surprised with product quality

I was surprised with product quality. I ordered Argos bracelet, it really looks cool. Love it!
The only downside is putting in and removing the lock.

Great company and customer service

I had a bracelet that broke not long after receiving it. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the item. They responded quickly and gave me a store credit which converted the cost of the original item. I ordered something a little different this time but it covered it completely. Very professional service and well appreciated
