I’m extremely disappointed with Elev8
I’m extremely disappointed with how Elev8 handled my account.
I did everything they asked during the re-KYC process, including submitting selfies, identification, and a payslip. Elev8 reviewed my documents, approved my re-KYC, and unlocked my account.
Days later, they terminated my account, removed my profits, and said it was because of “abuse.”
I was simply using their copy trading social network following Elev8's own providers that were available on their platform. I don’t understand how that could reasonably be considered abuse.
I’m asking Elev8 to return my profits and resolve this matter fairly.
If you’re currently making money on the Elev8 copy trading platform, I would think carefully about whether you want to leave your profits there. Based on what happened to me, I’d consider withdrawing them while you have the chance.
Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend their copy trading platform.

I was simply copying multiple providers using Elev8’s own copy trading platform, so I do not understand how that could be considered abuse.
I want my profits returned.
If you’re currently in profit on Elev8, I’d seriously consider withdrawing your funds while you still can.
Based on my experience, I would not trust the Elev8 copy trading platform.

My experience after completing re-KYC with Elev8
My experience with Elev8 has been extremely disappointing.
1. Elev8 requested extensive re-KYC documentation.
2. I provided everything requested, including ID, selfies, and a payslip.
3. Elev8 approved my re-KYC and unlocked my account.
4. Several days later, they terminated my account.
5. They removed all of my trading profits and stated the reason was “abuse.”
From my perspective, I was not even placing trading I was using their app Elev8’s own copy trading social network to copy trades from experience traders. I don’t understand how using the platform’s own copy trading service could justify that conclusion.
I am requesting that Elev8 return the profits they removed.
If you’re currently profitable on Elev8, I recommend reviewing your risk and considering withdrawing your funds while you still have access. I never expected my account to be terminated after successfully passing re-KYC.

Following a further review of your account, the Company made the decision to discontinue providing services to you in accordance with Clause 3.10 of the Customer Agreement.
As stated in the Customer Agreement:
"3.10. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time to refuse to provide the Services to the Client and the Client agrees that the Company will have no obligation to inform the Client of the reasons."

Why did you charge me such a large fee? Because of your excessive commission, I suffered a significant loss. The commission you deducted was far too high and completely unreasonable. My account was only copying leaderboard account available on Elev8’s own copy trading social network. As a customer, I don’t understand how using the platform’s own copy trading feature could be considered abuse.
I’m asking Elev8 to return the profits they removed.
If you’re currently making profits on Elev8, I would seriously consider withdrawing your funds while you still can. Based on my experience, I thought everything was resolved after my re-KYC was approved, only to lose my profits days later.
I would not recommend using the Elev8 copy trading platform.
