Potential users need to understand what Elev8's true business model appears to be:
They accept your deposit. Then they execute a verification loop:
- Initial document request
- Document submission
- Request for additional documents (repeat cycle)
- Account locked status continues indefinitely
Once your trading results become negative, they close your account and declare your deposit forfeited due to "account closure."

Unacceptable Practices
Look, I'm gonna be real with you. Elev8 marketed to me hard. I was hesitant, but I figured, why not? Studied their Eleb8 Copytrading leaderboard, picked some solid copy traders, threw in some cash I'd saved up.
Guess what? It actually worked. I was making money.
Then one day—boom. They just yeet'd my entire profit. Gone. No heads up, no explanation, nothing.
Apparently that's just what they do. They let you make money, then they take it. Wild, right?
Don't fall for it. There's way better platforms out there. Elev8 is sus as hell.

A Cautionary Tale
I really wanted to believe in Elev8. Their marketing was convincing, their copytrading concept seemed legitimate. I did my homework—studied their leaderboard, picked good providers, invested money I'd carefully saved.
It worked. I was actually making profit. For a moment, I felt like I'd made the right decision.
Then they terminated everything. Erased my profits without explanation.
I feel used. Betrayed. I trusted them with my money and my time, and they repaid that trust by taking what I'd earned. Their terms don't clearly explain this could happen. Their marketing doesn't warn you.
If you're thinking about Elev8: they will disappoint you. They will take your money. Don't make my mistake.

“3.10. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time to refuse to provide the Services to the Client and the Client agrees that the Company will have no obligation to inform the Client of the reasons.”
We understand that you disagree with the outcome and are requesting the return of the removed profits. However, the decision regarding your account was made in accordance with the applicable terms of the Customer Agreement and remains unchanged.

ELEV8 BROKER - DO NOT USE - COPYTRADING PROFITS STOLEN
I was actively marketed to join Elev8's copytrading service. Against my better judgment, I decided to give it a shot. I took this seriously—I studied their leaderboard carefully, selected what appeared to be solid providers, and invested my personal savings. This was money I'd saved over several years, not money I could afford to lose.
I made profit. Legitimate profit from copying the providers I selected. I was doing exactly what Elev8 advertised—using their platform to follow experienced traders.
Then Elev8 decided to terminate all of my profits. Just take them. Confiscate them. Gone.
No warning. No explanation. No process. They simply decided the profit I earned wasn't mine to keep.
This is a scam. Here's why:
- They market the service aggressively to get you to deposit
- They don't clearly disclose in their marketing that they can take your profits
- Their terms are vague enough to allow them to do this
- When questioned, they provide no satisfactory explanation
- They keep money you've legitimately earned through their own platform
This is bait and switch. You're invited to make money, you make money, then they take it.
Warning to anyone considering Elev8: Do not use this broker. Do not deposit your money. Do not trust their copytrading service. They will take your profits.
My demand: Elev8 needs to return my profit in full. This money was earned through legitimate trades on their platform using their service. There is no legitimate reason to confiscate it.
Stay away from Elev8. They're not a broker—they're a profit-stealing operation.

Hola, es exelente, no le hace falta nada, no hay comisiones ocultas, los depósitos y retiros son rápidos, la e-wallet es una herramienta exelente, podés separar tus ganancias allí y enviarlas a tu cuenta bancaria y seguir con posiciones abiertas, solo recuerden, el broker no toma decisiones la unica es el stopout, ni hace operaciones, si pierdes es por malas decisiones...no tengo queja de nada...está opinión es personal en base a mi experiencia... saludos

Consumer warning: my experience with Elev8
My experience with Elev8 raises serious concerns about how customer accounts are handled.
I fully complied with every re-KYC request, including providing identification, selfies, and a payslip. Elev8 reviewed my documents, approved my re-KYC, and restored access to my account.
Several days later, they closed my account, claiming they were removing my trading profits due to alleged "abuse."
However, my account was overall in a loss, not a profit. After the account was closed, my remaining balance was also withheld. I am still waiting for Elev8 to return my remaining funds, as they have effectively confiscated my account balance.
As I understand it, I was simply using Elev8's own copy trading social network to copy multiple strategy providers available on the platform. I do not understand how using the platform's intended functionality could result in this outcome.
I am requesting that Elev8 return the balance remaining in my account.
If you are currently trading on Elev8, I encourage you to carefully review your own situation and consider withdrawing your funds while you still have access. Based on my experience, I believed everything had been resolved after my re-KYC was approved, only for my account to be closed and my remaining balance withheld days later.
Until Elev8 resolves this matter fairly and returns my funds, I cannot recommend their copy trading platform.
